I was buying a brand new Electra Glide Ultra Limited and live in Alaska, after talking to a few dealers I found these guys very helpful and easy to talk to. The salesman (Scott Reeser) did a great job finding exactly what I was looking for and at a price I was comfortable with. He held the bike till I arrived from Alaska. When I arrived, my new bike was sitting on the show room with a "SOLD please do not touch" sign on it. They gave a very good walk through of the bike and how to work everything. The lady at the front counter ( I cant remember her name) was awesome, she ordered our jackets and had them waiting for us when we arrived. it was great seeing everyone after talking to them many times on the phone. All the staff was smiling and happy to see me when I arrived. All the people I talked to and dealt with while I was there was talkative, smiling, and friendly. I didnt get to deal with the service department much, just the intro on the bike but the lady that helped us was great. They got us all set up and when we were out front, they helped us get a few pictures with our new bike. One great thing was a random customer bought us a bell for our bike and the staff was happy to hang it for us before we left. I would be happy to visit them again if I find myself in the area during my travels. Great job to all the staff that works here, everyone made my experience amazing

Frank is very lucky that someone does not knock his teeth out of his mouth. Very condescending, talks down to employees and customers, 4 letter language seems to be the accepted norm around there, and there really is no need for it. He especially berates women and will ease up when the other half appears. One day he will not have a camera guarding him................... Parts is half assed............ very hit and miss.............would be nice if they accepted people who do not know all the fancy terms for a part. Like a brace to me is a component support stamping to them and they just get mad when you do not know HDs book term. Service seems to be the only shining star there. Not perfect but they do know whats going on. Only flaw and it is major is the sales manager and the team. Exclusive territory makes them very haughty and cynical. I really hope Indian takes a bit out of their pocket. The owner should know whats going on. HD cannot keep going with the attitude and language that Frank uses. My business will go elsewhere. One star is gracious here. They should get a NO STAR

Had a great experience here, thanks Gary, Brent and the whole crew. I bought a used bike (wasnt a Harley). Im learning to ride again (after surgeries on my back) before I buy the Harley I really want. Point is they were Honest, fair and Solid (kept THEIR WORD). In society today thats hard to find. The original paperwork on the bike was wrong, but it wasnt their fault just "was what it was", my point is I paid for it, they delivered it and hour later to my house. I called them back when I realized the model was wrong (insurance ran the vin and came back a slightly diffrent model), but it wasnt the model I wanted. Called them in less then an hour Brent sent the guys to come pick it up. They could have been like "its a used bike", you signed for it (thats how businesses do you nowadays), BUT THEY DIDNT DO THAT, they were solid and gave me a FULL REFUND, No questions asked. Im old school and your word is all you Got. And THEY KEPT IT. ABC HAS EARNED MY RESPECT AND MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE. BEST REGARDS, Marcel

This used to be a great dealership. Something has gone seriously wrong recently. Perhaps because they combined the service and parts departments, its hard to find someone who knows what theyre talking about. Ive had two different bikes in for routine matters in the last couple of weeks and both visits have been total disasters. Repeated phone calls from them about the problem because the first persons I talked to apparently didnt understand (whats hard to understand about "new water pump"?). On the second occasion I just needed a new battery and despite repeated calls to them, I couldnt get anyone to even acknowledge that I had made a service request. Nor was I provided the common courtesy of a response to my voicemail messages. The bike sat there all day without as much as a service ticket being written up. Ive purchase three big bikes here. Never again. Stay away from this place.

I have spent over $18000.00 on a 1998 Sportster over the past 4 years in which ABC Harley has gotten the biggest percentage. Things seem to be fine until the last encounter. I had a new clutch, clutch cable , choke and choke cable installed along with buyingcomunication set for the wife and I. To the tune of $2300.00. When I got the bike back, the windshield had been damaged. The protective coating had been taken off. Upon further inspection one of the foot rests had been taken off and when put back on the tech didnt put the boltback in to hold it in place. Also I had an electric air horn installed, it got disconnected and never hooked back up. Because I complained about the workmanship they wont work on my bike or fix the damaged parts. People beware! Take pictures before putting your bike in their service dept. I can and will publish pictures if anyone is interested.

ABC Harleys service department needs to be investigated for damaging customers bikes, lying to our faces, replacing perfectly good parts that didnt even need replacing, and then not taking any responsibility for their wrong doing and getting angry when you catch them in their lies and call them out, the service manager Walt has declined to work on my bike after catching his mechanic Tom destroying my bike and lying to my face!!! Im gonna leave them negative reviews all over the web and may even seek legal counsel for what they have put me and my bike through! I have given ABC Harley too many chances to redeem themselves, and have given them a lot of my money in the past 9yrs, but they will never see me or my money again, I will do whatever it takes to let everyone know what kind of crooks they are!!!

Last Aug on the 7th I purchased a used 2013 Ultra Classic Limited from ABC in Waterford, at that time they where giving a $1000 store credit with purchase of a new or used Harley Davidson, I saw the flyers and had told my salesman hey where is my store credit? he said he would look into it still have not heard anything, a week later I was back down there to have my bike looked at and said something about it again and still got no response, and get this while my bike was in service one of the workers from ABC stole my IPOD and cord that connected it to the radio, yes they had it on video and caught the guy but dang! Still waiting for ABC to honor the flyer and ads theta they had running at the time of my motorcycle purchase!

ABC Harley Davidson is my FAVORITE Harley Dealership in Michigan. I am from Farmington Hills and I drive passed Motor City Harley to make my way over to a place that cares! They have the BEST prices, the BEST staff and a very educated and responsible Service Department (ask for Walt...he is great)! I am an avid rider and would say if your within 2 hours of this dealership it WILL be worth the trip. I would just at ABC Harley for their customer appreciation day. DISCOUNTS, FOOD and a VERY sweet Marketing Manager who gave me some Harley swag for free. What a fun day was had! Also- They are so giving to the Women Riding community! My daughter feels so welcomed as well! Thanks for everything ABC!
