This may be a good place to purchase but I would never step foot back in this place. The chick at the counter was rude to say the least. It was silent inside no background noise. I came in with scrap gold and exchanged that I had worked as a buyer before (in the industry) She said nothing. I asked if she could test a couple pieces I had that werent stamped and she just looked at me like that was a dumb question and said yes. I asked her while she was pricing out the items (on the back counter where you cant see past her what shes doing ) she said spot but hardly loud enough to hear. I thought she was doing her math at the counter I was so unsure her comment was directed to me. Im still not confident that it was because her weight came to 2grams less than I had at home after adding the other pieces and came up with an offer at 65% of melt. She asked if I had ID before she would even start to go through things. I gladly gave it to her. She made me feel like a crook the entire time I was there. I felt incredibly uncomfortable. I did come in several minutes before closing so her frustration with me could have been that. Very unusual situation. I say stick with Bellevue Rare Coins if you plan to sell your gold or jewelry and without feeling like a criminal.

Had a weird experience here the other day. I stopped by here to see if I can get a good deal on a PS3. I walk in and try to get some help. The two free employees are chattering about something and they ignore me for a good 5 minutes or so. I tell one of the employees I want to buy a PS3. He walks over to where they have them behind the glass and tells me $220 dollars. I look at him a little puzzled seeing as Sony started a huge ad campaign last year right before the holiday season Sony started a huge ad campaign announcing the new price of the PS3 is $199 dollars. I tell the employee thats more than the price of it brand new. He mutters something then walks away. I am about to leave and they he calls me over to a computer when he found some PS3 on the internet for $300 dollars on an auction site. The guy called me a liar and practicallykicked me out of the store. I drove down to best buy and just bought a brand new one for $199. I would avoid this place if possible. Wiis for $199 and PS3 for $220. This place is a rip off.

The guy who posted the review below is an idiot. The PS3 was never $199 for a new unit. $299, period. . The PS2 runs $199. Not to mention ad campaigns dont apply to this shop, especially 6-8 months after its ran. Dont take your stupidity out on the shop owner That being said, great pawnbroker. Ive done business with them several times for tools/firearms and have always walked away with a good product, in good shape for a decent price. Thats a lot more than I can say for the other pawnbrokers in the area.

I just got off the phone with someone and she was very rude. I called to see if they accept PlayStations for loans. She asked me what kind it was which I wasnt sure but I said I think 3 or 4. She said no you need to find out what kind it is and call me back repeatedly. I just found it to be very rude when its a yes or no question for either or. I will not be going in today or ever.

I wanted to sell a tv, and while i understand that businesses have rules and standards about what they can take, these people were straight up rude. They practically scoffed when i mentioned i bought the tv used and without a remote. Sorry guys. Didnt mean to waste your valuable time with all of those 3 customers a day you get. 0/10 customer service, and this is a damn pawn shop.

I was trying to purchase a gun with a non resident friend and the guy behind the counter assumed I was buying it for him. He called the transaction a straw purchase, but he obviously needs to check his terms. Needless to say, we did not patronize that poor establishment

I use Cash Co for all of my FFL transfers. They are awesome, Todd.and Kyle are great guys, knowledgeable and helpful. Very reasonable prices, some good haggling on purchases and interesting stuff.
