Even though there was bad review, I thought Id go and give it a chance. Let me tell you, these people have got to be the sleeziest people Ive come across. Believe me when I say I have met some characters in the past but these two take the title. Expecially the woman. Ohh boy. Games from the start. I just wanted a straight forward answer but she went straight to playing games and would not be honest. I understand business and any action from her was hardly even close to doing solid business. Dont believe me, youll be the next person to write a review. 0 stars if I could. Ps. Lady, get a grip with reality and stop trying to rip everybody off with your beady eyes and that messed up smirk half fake smile. You have years of sleeze all over it

Im sure they run a really good business and everything, but my experience with this place is poor. The guy who appraised my guitar did not know anything about guitars, he told me my Epiphone Les Paul Special edition was only worth about $100 and wouldnt even take it in. I promptly took it elsewhere and got 1.5 times that amount, while the retailer said they would sell it for around $300-$400. TL:DR, sell things here [maybe], just not guitars.

Thought even after reading a few bad reviews Id give this place a try. Well all I can say is avoid this place if possible. Staff is extremely rude and standoffish, when I came back mind you after a bad first impression I called to make sure they will be open just to find out they closed 30 mins early and cant wait 4 mins for me come in.

New management is very professional. The store is a complete new layout. I liked the jewelry. Nice & clean. I made a purchase. I recommend you visit this establishment. Many other nice items caught my attention.
