Was always a loyal customer to this place until these new people took over the shop. Avoid this place at all costs. These guys will rip you off the very moment they know they can. Took my 60D DSLR camera in last week, and the two guys working there offered me $150 for a pawn loan (which was worse than expected, but not terrible). At that time, I said no thank you and walked out with my camera because I was hoping for at least 200. I needed some quick cash today, so I call them up and let them know Im heading over, and told them I would take them up on their pawn offer for $150 they offered me last week. When I get to the store, the guy at the front desk immediately says "I can give you like $90 for it". I then explained to him how he offered $150 just a week ago, which is when he decided to do research on his computer. I was in there negotiating with this one guy for 10 minutes, and after getting an offer out of him for $140 ($10 less than they both said before), the other guy sprints in the store, interrupting our made deal, and said "yeah... Uh... We cant accept this sir, we run a business". I turn to the other guy who just made the deal with me, and he says "I never really wanted it man" They then rejected further conversation and said they werent interested. These guys clearly have no idea what they are doing. Its a shame, because this place used to be really great. Miss those old guys. Avoid these guys at all costs. Save your money, items, and brain cells. These guys under-deliver more than any place Ive ever been.

Whenever I have a piece of jewelry or an electronic item I no longer need, I always go here to sell them. My past experiences trying to sell jewlery or electronics at other pawn shops left me frusterated and feeling as though I was ripped off. A1 always has the best offer for any item I have sold. They also have two very helpful and friendly guys that go above and beyond to try to make sure they offer you the best price for anything you need to sell. A1 is definitely the place to go if you have something you want to sell for quick cash!

I went in knowing how much gold I had, the quality and the weight. I also know the current price of gold. Sure the guy has to make a living but he is VERY honest. I shopped around and I got about 32% more money from this guy. I think he has lower over head so that in-turn makes him able to give people more money for their gold and still turn a profit. Besides getting more money he is a very friendly guy and professional. A very positive experience for sure.

I TOOK IN SOME GOLD JEWELERY THAT I NEVER WEAR ANYMORE JUST TO SEE WHAT I WOULD GET FOR IT, THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!!
