I dont know about the sales department, but as far as the service department, I strongly advise anyone considering to send their car there to look elsewhere. The costs were unbelievably high and the people that I dealt with were flippant. I ended up with three new problems after getting my car back; and when I brought it in for them to look at, they claimed that one of the problems was not a result of their work and were going to charge me over $500 to fix it (I decided to not have them look at the other 2 problems for fear that they would tamper with other parts of my car...). Needless to say, I left and am currently looking for a new Chevy dealership. Also, Mr. Mark Frost (comment underneath mine), with all due respect, Sir, I believe that you are giving off the wrong idea about your dealership... forgive me if Im wrong, but I would not say that the behavior and actions associated with your service center can be considered proof of an "excellent reputation." You are clearly misrepresenting your service centers policy, because I know firsthand that your "standard policy" is not to fix your mistakes, but to cover them up in order to profit off of them. I really love my car, which is why I will never again put it through the Hell that is the Jim Ellis service center.

How about a truck and Jim Ellis three months ago about it because a certified preowned I was told I get to service visit and oil change for free thats not a good first my truck brakes was making a noise so I took it in the guy told me all of the ceramic brake padss they make noise if you wanted to change pad you could buy the brake pads are still good so I went and got another opinion on come to find out my rotaries have a groove rotaries have a groove in them so I took a picture. And call the service manager Wendy so she says send her the pictures I did then she call me back and tell me that I was towed to new pad so I left her alone today my engine light came on on my truck certified preowned talking to Jim Ellis you have this new service of visor named Jessica waters she said it would take to make a long story short she call me I said my truck was ready so I want to pick up my truck again certified preowned get there and was told it was $136

I made several trips with promises of making the deal work in my favor. I was very transparent and informed the sales manager of my situation. I was reassured that they would work the numbers out for me and get me into a vehicle. I was lied to about the amount they would give me for my trade; moreover, the sales manager was unable to keep his promise. In the end the sales man(Harold) and the finance manager(Brandon) was able to turn things around and gave me excellent service. I, initially, decided to never do business with Jim Ellis based on my past experience. The two gentle men I mentioned where able to rectify the situation. In the end, I was a happy customer.

Check engine light came on and made an appointment for 10AM on Friday morning. Had to go weekend without a car as their machine was broken that does diagnostics. The machine was fixed Monday morning and still did not have conclusive evaluation by Monday afternoon. There were no rental cars available for over a week. Huge disconnect between the technicians and customer service and overall very unsatisfactory service and responses. Would not trust them with any other car or my time again.

This is our 2nd time buying a vehicle from the Jim Ellis Automotive group, and it was perfect like last time. A friend of ours, who also works for Jim Ellis, Angela, suggested to go in and take a look. Our salesman, Ricardo, was patient with us and showed us vehicles in the price point we were looking for. Once we got to finance, Charice did wonderful! Now, we have a new truck to create many memories in. Thanks Jim Ellis Automotive!!

Customer service not so great and sort of a rip off. I called the Jim Ellis service department about servicing my car. The guy on the phone was rude and seemed uninterested in my business, so I called Gunther VW. This service department was much more polite and concerned with my needs. Not to mention, they do the service I needed for free, unlike Jim Ellis who was going to charge $55...

The Peachtree Rd location has the most professional service department. The may be a little expensive but I know they are honest because I know they only do the service that you need. Example, I once requested a new starter and they told me all I needed was a new battery. The are prompt, courteous, and my car is always ready when the say it will. No excuses, no lies.

Bought 2005 VW Passat as a certified pre-owned car. Always had car serviced at Jim Ellis. 4 months after "certified pre-owned warranty expired," numerous engine problems arose costing over $2000. Will never buy a car or auto service from Jim Ellis again.

Gonna have to agree with everyone here, took in a car to fix a problem that was fixed in a previous issue, they didnt fix it, charged me $700 and didnt even give me a loaner car. Now they wont fix my airbag issue.
