We had an issue with Drive Time Representatives during our very first visit in April. Keith was very nonchalant about our wants and needs and Chris, the account manager lied to us about transporting a car in our favor. I feel like both were being lazy and tried us because he wanted us to pay the whole down payment for a car we were only wanting to test drive. Now, our second visit, today was interesting because we were told that there were only a few cars available for our down payment. Carli (Superwoman) our representative went out her her way to help us with great information on insurance car payments and she did her job to the utmost possible effort she had in her soul. She helped us pick up our car and we are grateful that we had such a great time working with Carlie! Unfortunately, Representatives such as Shea should not be allowed near customers because of her unwelcoming attitude and smart mouth. Thank you Drive Time for this amazing opportunity to take advantage of our daily routine by our purchase, and thank you for hiring such a hardworking individual like Carlie.

My experience here was nothing less than awesome!!! Alan-Michael is the man! I decided to call them after my skepticism with other dealers (shady), and bad experiences buying a used car in the past. Ive just begun repairing my credit and have no intent on going backwards. I felt more at ease from the first moment we spoke. The car that I initially saw online was reserved by the time I arrived(I was a lil late for my appt) and I didnt see anther car that spoke to me. Not only did he help me find a car @ one of their other locations.. But he took me there and I test drove the vehicle back! The approval process was easy & didnt have to give up an arm & a leg lol. Everyone there is friendly & professional and their warranties are hard to beat. I would definitely recommend them if youre in the market for a new car. Im so ecstatic and still can hardly believe my Lexus GS is sitting in the garage. The manager Scott is great as well..but u da man Alan-Michael!!

I want to start with saying Emmett Mitchell is amazing! He was very professional and wasnt pushy. EVERY question I had, he had an answer for. I was at ease working with him because it felt as if he treated me like family. I havent seen this type of customer service in quite some time. I was impressed and he respected my time constraints. He understood what I was looking for and had extreme patience with me. I told him what I was looking for and he went the extra measure to find the car that I wanted to purchase. At first, I wasnt going to purchase from Drivetime but this experience has made me want to purchase any of my future cars with them. The process was easy and it wasnt stressful. I didnt stay in the dealership all day while they made a decision. I will be referring anyone I know to them. Thank you Drivetime but most importantly, Thank you Emmett for this great experience, you have shown me that great customer service still exists.

It was an AWESOME experience from my first visit to my final pick up! Kreg Simpson was so amazing I see why so many people rave about this guy and why he is #1 in his position. The Customer service outstanding from the time I hit the door from the time I left. He was very Patient and put me in a vehicle that I WANTED and not what he wanted me to have. He worked with me continuously and helped me answer ALL my questions. I left there feeling refreshed and rejuvenated that Im going to tell everyone that I can about my experience. The staff is also friendly, but again see KREG SIMPSON!!! He will help you and be HONEST and UP FRONT with you. Dont forget to mention my name!!! He Will remember me!! I went into drivetime to get a vehicle 1hr before closing and came out very satisfied...The associate that helped me Mr. kregory Simpson assisted me with finding a vehicle i was happy with and it was very much affordable....I would recommend everybody to go to drivetime and also ask for kregory...trust me you will be very satisfied. 11-7-16... My third vehicle I purchased from Devin Scott also with some assistance from the store manager Nasheba at first I was a little worried because things wasnt going the way I planned due to my purchase being a total loss purchase and I was giving the wrong information....but omg I was so satisfied with the exceptional service I received because I couldnt find what I was looking for and they both came together and found something that definitely worked for me and made me leave with a smile on my face...5 stars for Morrow Drive time

My name is Bernard Demetrius Ridley, I bought a ford escape Lt from drive time from Devin Scott and it was a wonderful experience. He as well as the other associates where very helpful in assisting me in getting everything I needed done to get the car of my choice and to be properly covered and notified of all the plans and coverages drive time has to offer. There where little if any difficulties in getting what I needed and I appreciate the service I was given like bottles of water, and how I was treated as well as the condition of the car when I received it and the gas TANK BEING FULL=). I also was pleased with the tagged registration policy you all have as well as your GAP coverage and the 5 year warranty. Kregory Simpson was very helpful and attentive. He was very knowledgeable and understanding given that I walked in at 8 p.m. He did not rush me at all and answered all and every question possible.Very friendly and informative. Would recommend to anyone interested in buying a car and looking to establish credit. He took the time to explain every detail and was very precise. I was in an unfounate accident and I got Gap coverage thanks to Kregory. And it really saved me alot. I was able to get another car for only $50 down. I would recommend that if you get a car you get it From Kregory and make sure you get Gap if nothing else. Only a few dollars month but a life saver. If I ever have to get another vehicle I would come to Kregory and get it from him. He really looks out for your best interest. Really good guy all around. The best In the business.

Alan-Michael made my first car buying experience amazing! I was a bit apprehensive going into a dealership alone to buy my first car with the idea that i might get finessed or bamboozled into a car I didnt want with high payments and even higher interest rates but this wasnt the case at all! He was extremely patient, personable and professional! I dont think I could have asked for a better sales rep. He worked quickly and made sure my service was his number one priority. Unfortunately car buying isnt an in and out process as we all would like but he made the wait pleasant. I was offered light refreshments and a chance to leave with my pockets still pretty heavy! He worked out a great deal with me and clarified any loose ends or questions I may have had! Definitely deserves 5 stars for customer service! Almost upset I didnt come in sooner!
