Spent a lot of money here and had a decent experience over the last year and a half. Went in the other day to replace a worn band on a watch I bought there for my mom and was told they had to order it. From the moment I walked in this woman seemed to not want to help me. Asking another woman where another woman was who I passed outside smoking. I was also getting a battery for another watch and a pearl for my niece. When I asked how much the band was she told me around $30 plus $6 for shipping and handing. Initially I was curious why they passed the shipping price onto the customer and she came back with the nastiest look and response "why would I pay that". "Of course you pay for that, what do you do for a living" I was so angry I just paid for the battery and pearl and told her I would never be back. They could of put that 6 dollars in the price when I came back and I would never know. A little advice. The Customer is always right an when someone is buying from you for years and thousands if dollars. You eat the 6 dollars. Dont go here EVER!!!

I would recommend this place to anyone!! Customer service is amazing and the products cant be beat. When my fiancé asked me to marry him, he bought a ring from somewhere else. We had so many problems with diamonds falling out of the setting. Finally, we went to B and E to pick out my new setting. It is one of their custom designs and I LOVE IT!! Ive never had any problems with it. The customer service when we went was amazing. All of the women who helped me were so kind and understanding and willing to work with me for however long I wanted until I found the perfect ring. We went back and ordered our wedding bands from here as well. Mark the owner was able to order my fiances ring within a week. He listened to exactly what eric wanted and found the perfect ring. I took my mother in here with me to pick up our wedding bands and she ended up getting my wedding jewelry from here. Any time I ever need jewelry I will go here without question!!!

THEY overcharge on Pandora Jewelery. Each person has different prices when you go there. Their is a Standard price they are contracted to charge in order to be a reseller of Pandora. They overcharge by 35%. I was overcharged, given the wrong items (because they wont let you look in the case or handle them, they make you look in a book. FYI, they are using the book, and messing up on the prices.) When I went back to return and get a credit on my charge for the wrong prices, I received very rude service from someone who told me, when the store gets busy, they mess up. NO APOLOGY at all. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to rewrite, scribble and cross out all over my receipt. GO Elsewhere and for Pandora go to Easy Pieces. They are very pleasant. And will even put them on for you.

Worst Jeweler EVER!! Ivery had my wedding ring a little over 2 years and didnt wear it for 1 year. The ring has lost stones 5 TIMES!!! Every single time I had to take it back up there and they have me trouble every time. They said it was my fault and I damaged the ring. How? If you made quality jewelry, how does it break every few months? They did fix the 4 times before but it took begging/pleading to get them to cover it under their "warranty" i.e. whatever they decide is covered. Now, Mark, the owner, refuses to help. Said I damaged the ring and that wouldnt be covered. He said all other damage was done to the other side of the ring which is impossible. Stay away. Stay far, far away. Now Im stuck with a ring that I will never be able to wear because it wasnt made well.

Stay away from B&E jewlers. Sharri, one of the co-owners is terrible to deal with; shes rude and unpleasant, and no matter how much money you spend at the store, they still nickle and dime you to death. If you insist on going there anyway,deal with the other owner Mark. I spent over nine thousand dollars , and Sharri still charged me eight dollars to take out a few links on my watchband; a courtesy in most other jewelry stores.A smile goes a long way, but, apparently Sharri never heard of that saying.

Great Jeweler who always takes the time to explain the value of each piece. Recently had my Omega watch battery replaced and watch came back as good as new... even had pictures of inside and how it was cleaned and sealed. Also just upgraded my wifes engagement ring and wedding band... amazing job!

Buyer Beware! Overpriced & they oversell repairs that arent needed. If you buy something from their cases price check around before you purchase. Got ripped off using my own stones in a new setting. Sharri/Sharna made the experience a nightmare.

I did not have a good experience at this store. Over priced and staff was not friendly or courteous. I would not recommend this place. They gave me a ring which I did not order and when I tried to exchange it, they refused. Dont go here!!!!!!!!!
