I worked at Kristopher Mark Designs for 4 years as his Gemologist/Appraiser and sales consultant. A change in my life has directed me to work as an independent appraiser and consultant outside the store. I will truly miss working with my good friends every day. From an insider’s perspective, I can honestly say that few stores can match their level of customer satisfaction. Kris’s custom design work is museum quality and fairly priced. All jewelry repairs are done on premises and never leave the store. The quality of work and piece of mind alone is worth the visit. The goal of the store is to exceed every customer’s expectations and I have personally witnessed a satisfaction level of virtually 100%. The people that work there are some of the nicest, most pleasant people I’ve been fortunate to know. I have no reason or ulterior motive to write this review other than to bring attention to this splendid store and its employees. I will truly miss the staff (my family) and my wonderful customers.

When we first moved to the Clinton area I was looking for a trusted jeweler to do some repair work. We came to Kris and the rest is history. Since that time, I have had Kris design a number of pieces of jewelry for me, repair family pieces, and have also introduced a number of friends and family members to him, who too have become loyal customers. Why have we kept coming back? This is best summarized by the high level of class, pressure free professionalism, and wonderful customer service that you receive at Kristopher Marks. Kris and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and they have the ability to listen to your needs and provide an amazing experience for their clients. This has been by far the best experience!...Our journey began with several trips to the local (mall) jewelry stores where the service and quality of the rings were average...nothing unique...no regard for true customer service or even an understanding of what custom jewelry is. We reached out the Kris and his amazing staff and within a few weeks, we are getting a one of a kind, truly unique ring! Kris and his staff will take the time to listen to your ideas and will make suggestions. The pricing is competitive with the malls but the attention to detail and the customer service is priceless! Great shopping experience. Went into the store to by my wife a birthday present . Was not sure what I wanted. Their salesman Ray helped me . Very knowledgeable about the inventory they had. Not pushy just helpful.Helped me pick out a beautiful bracelet. And I was able to stay within my budget. Best part was my wife loved it. I will definitely go back to make my next purchase. I bought both my engagement and wedding rings from Kristopher Mark. Ray and everyone else at the store were so helpful in choosing the right ring for me. They were happy to work with the center diamond from another ring and found the perfect diamonds to complement it. Both rings were ready in about a month and I couldnt be happier with their product and customer service.

I brought an antique bracelet into KMD, that needed a stone replacement, prongs corrected, and a new safety guard. I decided to leave the design of the new stone in the hands of Ray, who is one of the owners. I picked the finished bracelet up today, and could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Ray did an excellent job of taking care of everything we asked for, for a custom ring design. He spent a lot of time and care into all our needs and the ring came out great. Kris also showed us a rendering of the ring beforehand just to make sure everything was correct.
