I was referred to Igor by a friend of mine who bought an engagement ring from him. I also found out that there were more people I knew that bought rings from Igor after I talked to him. Igor runs the shop so he will be the best person to deal with. He guided me through the whole engagement ring process and learned a great deal about size, clarity, color, and measurements (this is where I learned the most). Long story short, I took what I learned, did my own searching, and found a custom design that I knew my then-fiance, now wife, would love. He took the design, got my appetite on price, size, color, clarity, etc, and had it made for me. The ring came out absolutely beautiful. Aside from the ring (Ill attach a pic), I enjoyed most not having to haggle a price as Igor came well referenced from multiple people I know and has a great reputation. I strongly recommend you go to him for an engagement ring. NK

I purchased a custom charm from Bel Jewelers for over 400 dollars. The charm had some imperfections that we requested be fixed. After 4 attempts the charm was slightly discolored and we were told that it would not get any better. We were also made aware of the "no refund" policy. When my husband expressed his displeasure about the piece, Bel Jewelers complained about him to his employer since he had stopped in on his way home from work. We have since decided to have the charm redone by another jeweler. When that jeweler tested the gold it wasnt even 14k, as stated on our receipt and stamped on the back. I would never recommend this jeweler to anyone.

Place has been in business for over 30 years according to the people their. Now I see how. I walked in with a engagement ring to sell to them. They were nice to start but after 20 mins they tried to tell me it wasnt worth much and the best they could do was a $1,000 on a $10,000 ring. Pawn shops offered me more money. When I told them that they said go there. Place is crooked and shady. No business stays open with something like this going on. Stay away. They will rob you in a second.

After several frustrating experiences, we found Igor to be helpful getting the perfect center stone within budget and without pressuring my fiancé to make any purchases. Do not go here!! My husband brought my engagement ring and wedding band here under the old owner, who resized my band. Then we went back for them to do my wedding band and what a mistake. To make a long story short, I will be filling a complaint with the better business bureau, the da and small claims court next month after I am done with my finals.

I have been shopping here for over a decade. The knowledgable staff go over and beyond what is expected and are up to date on current trends and style. I personally customize or custom make all of my pieces. Igor may not be the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. Quality and craftsmanship come second to none!

Way too costly. Shop around, tell the seller youre a dealer to get a discount. Spend $5 to have business cards printed up and youre in business. Also, get a state sales tax license to avoid paying sales taxes. If you buy and sell jewelry, you really are a dealer. Whatever you do, dont trust these miserly, gouging bastards!
