Unbelievable experience!!! I knew a little bit about diamonds when I was looking for an engagement ring but not a whole lot. I went to Jewelers Row in Philly where I felt like I was getting a constant sales pitch, and the people didnt care about what I was looking for as much as they did the sale. A friend recommended I go to Morton & Rudolph and talk to Jack & Carrie. I, and my wife, couldnt be happier that I took his advice and went there. They took the time to explain everything about diamonds to me and what the different ratings means, so I fully understood what I was looking for and what I wanted. I showed them pictures of the style of ring that my wife liked, and they were able to help find a perfect match for it. They were very laid back and never forced me to make a decision on anything until I was 110% sure on what I wanted. I would recommend that anyone looking for not only an engagement ring but any jewelry to go to Morton & Rudolph you wont regret it. It is the only place that I will go to in the future. I even had 4 friends all go there and they got engagement and wedding rings there too!!!

Feels like a true family jeweler! Making big decisions, like picking a wedding band you will wear for the rest of your life can be hard, but they made it easy. With their guidance and knowledge it wasnt overwhelming at all. They have a beautiful selection and are extremely knowledgeable. Carrie was working with my fiance to help him design the most beautiful engagement ring. She made us both feel extremely special when we went in to meet her and tell her about our engagement. She took the time to explain all the details of the ring to me and let me know I can pop in for cleanings at any time.
