John refinished my grandfathers ring the right way be adding gold instead of stretching as other jewelers were intending to do. The ring came out better than I could have ever expected it looks like brand new and it is 65 years old and two sizes larger. Also helped my fiance pick a wedding band and did not oversell at any point in actuality he made us made the most practical decision within our budget and used american made quality material. I really honestly can say it was a great experience and could not have asked for anything better. I now have my jeweler and jeweler repair store. I highly recommend the store and will be back again. I have been a customer of John S Cryan Jewelers several times over the past few years. I have always felt that John and his staff are knowledgable and trustworthy. I feel like a pay a fair price and get treated well. I had a problem with a peice that i bought there last summer. John promptly repaired it, and overnighted it to me at no charge! That to me is great service after the sale. At the same time i dropped off the piece for repair, i also needed a watch battery replaced which he did at no charge. Highly recommend this place!

Outstanding service! I went there to resize my watch band and John was able to take care of it immediately. He was super polite and knowledgeable. It literally took him minutes to adjust the band and he made sure it fit me perfectly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whos looking for a professional jeweler.

Today I called to inquire about getting a ring appraised. John Cryan refused to evaluate the piece without being told where it was purchased. He ended the call in a rude manner saying “I don’t think I can help you.” He wont be getting any of my business.
