Igor (the owner) overall is a nice and funny guy. You have to wrestle with him over the prices but the quality of his merchandise is great (fixes and re installs anything for free that was bought from him). He did my engagement rings and more (beautiful and gorgeous jobs). Again you need to know your specs for diamonds and rings when coming to him. Regarding selling gold to him, he actually gave me the best price after I went out to the dealers. Added that price towards the ring I was buying. Cons - Punctuality. He needs to keep up with his promises. If he says it will take 7 days. It has to be 7 days. Otherwise, give the costumer a discount (and he did for me). So great job.

Some workers are OK but the owner can seem condescending sometimes. Took forever to fix something simple - would have done it at home if had the equipment and part. No updates on progress. Finally went in after a month and took it elsewhere. Seems to care more for the bigger customers.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The staff was so knowledgeable, and they had the most beautiful selection that Ive ever seen. Everyone jumped to help me, and I found a beautiful pair of earrings for my wife in no time. I would highly recommend coming here.

they say they buy gold.. they do but at MUCH MUCH lower then actually worth i did the math and i have a necklace worth $950 they wanted to pay me $140 i do not recommend going there unless you want to be ripped off

Far too costly for everything. Dont sell your gold here. Shop around, get much better prices from gold dealers, even if it means paying a few dollars to ship out of state.
