I was looking around today to find a place that could clean my basic training graduation ring. I saw the reviews of this place so I decided to give it a shot. I knew it was going to be a great experience as I walked through the door. You can tell when you walk into an American owned and operated small business. The gentleman took care in explaining what could happen when trying to clean it. He did the best he could without ruining the finish, my ring looks ten times better, which was my objective. He handed me my ring, and shook my hand. I then said "what do I owe you", he responded "nothing, dont worry about it." What a shock! I didnt believe people let alone business owners did this kind gesture anymore. Needless to say, Ive been a long time customer of chain jewelers. This changed today, this will be the place I go to for all of my jewelry needs. I am happy to support a small business in my area, I will recommend this jeweler to everyone I know. Recently received my engagement ring that was made by Kevin and his team. It is absolutely gorgeous!! Im getting compliments constantly and the ring out sparkles any other ring I have seen. Not only did Kevin insist that we compare his prices and products with as many competitors as we could, but he also freely offered his time and expertise in the field with any of our questions without hesitation. After a very extensive search, we found that his prices were dramatically lower and his products exceeded anything we could find. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other jewelers we dealt with. We recommend trusting Kevin right off the bat and not wasting your time going to other places. I brought a engagement ring here and it came out absolutely awesome. kevin is a stand up guy and will give you the best bang for the dollar. I came in there knowing what i wanted and they were able to mold a perfect model of what i wanted. The workmanship is amazing and you can tell they take pride in their work, THEY ALSO STAND BY THEIR WORK AND GIVE YOU A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I cant say enough good things about this place. My fiance loves the ring and its grabs everyones attention. I highly recommend this place!!!

My -now- husband got my engagement ring custom made here. It is GORGEOUS. He had several things to workk with, took it into them... it came out, honest to God, better than I even expected. I still stare at it and get compliments often. We went in shortly after to get a simple band for him... again, perfectly accommodating, even on short notice. The staff is so welcoming and pleasant. Its honestly quite refreshing. We were referred by a friend, and were glad to continue business and refer others.
