Although we were not previous customers, my daughter and I went into the shop to ask if they could fix the screw that had fallen out of her glasses. Not only did she fix it for free, but, she offered us a beverage and was so kind! Such great customer service!

Went in because one of my nose pieces snapped off, and without even being a customer there the lady who was working put two brand new nose guard thingies on and cleaned my glasses for free. Will definitely return when I am ready for a new pair of glasses.
