I went in and had an eye exam and that was a five-star experience. Ordering the glasses was much worse. The glasses themselves had plastic lenses in them that were filthy and I didnt want to even put them on my face. After I finally managed to pick a pair that look decent they started trying to tell me how much it was going to be. They really oversell. They kept pushing the very most high-end lens. Their transitions costs $100 more. In the end a single Vision pair of glasses was going to cost me $366. They completely lost me when they told me that they now charge for their replacement warranty which they have always been famous for and which was usually free. In my mind I weighed the options of spending $400 for my glasses against the many other purchases that I would like to make but couldnt make because they would end up costing me a fortune - $400 or more. In the end I ended up going back to Walmart to have Walmart make my glasses. No I wont get them in an hour, however, I wont spend $366 on lenses and the very cheapest frames that I was able to pick out at LensCrafters.

Terrible customer service. I called to get a quote on lens prices on a Tuesday. I had to try several times before someone answered. Every other time the line was busy. Then when I got through the girl said she would call me back. I thought that was kind of odd, but I assumed they were very busy. Bottom line is, it is now 4 days later and I never received a return call.

Ive been coming to this location since I started needing glasses in 2013. Always a good experience, very kind, fast, and professional. I have never found them to be pushy with up-selling either -- while they will show you higher end lens options/damage coverage plans, they are fine going with whatever you would like.

Called to have that "digital(?)" eye exam which is advertised on tv. FYI - it wont be available in Pa. until next year. Uh - WHY advertise?

100% positive they just take the phone off the hook. Doesnt make sense for a business phone to be busy 24/7 in 2016.
