Very disappointed in the service. Ordered my glasses three weeks ago and have yet to get them. I was promised them 2 weeks ago. Called today to find out the status of the glasses and all they can tell me is that they are somewhere in the system and they dont know when they are going to get them.

The eye doctor is professional and friendly. Staff never pushed me to order or buy anything I didnt need and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Only wish I could have taken them with me when we moved.
