Ive tried other places but a recent experience has made me a real fan of Buffalo Optical. I recently switched to bifocals and my lenses were fairly expensive. I had them put into my old frames to save some money. Unfortunately my frames broke in two while I was on a hiking trip. I took them in to Buffalo Optical only to find that they had been discontinued. Not only did they give me a nice looking loaner pair with lenses of my prescription, they managed to locate another pair of my same frames by calling their sales rep. They went the extra mile and made it a much less difficult experience.

I dont normally write reviews, but they deserve it. They are old school, but only in the best way. They are friendly, helpful, and simply try to find what you are looking for. Both times I have been there they went above-and-beyond to make sure I got my glasses in time. 5 stars for sure.

I received an eye exam here, and it was very professional. However, I decided to order my glasses online, and they refused to provide a simple measurement. Although thankfully I was able to get this measurement through a site, this kind of refusal makes me hesitate to return.
