I recently purchased an engagement ring from Continental Jewelers. The associate, Eric, was incredibly helpful, answered my never ending questions with detailed and frank replies. He was willing to meet with me multiple times and did not seem to have a issue with my extremely careful, one could say obsessive, inspection of various settings and stones. I had some atypical ideas for an engagement ring and he helped me find the best quality setting that fit what I was looking for, as well as several stones to choose from. He worked around my schedule and in general provided 5-star service. The quality of the ring I bought there (in my amateur opinion) is superb. They stood by the quality and are willing to make sizing adjustments or cleanings as needed. I spent a good deal of time shopping around at other retail and wholesale stores in the DC area. A few carried the same setting as the one I selected but all of them were considerably more expensive. Together the setting and the stone came to a very reasonable price. Finally and most importantly, my fiance loves her ring and I suspect we will be visiting Continental again to select wedding bands.

I was introduced to Continental Jewelers after a robbery took place at my home and all of my jewelry was stolen. My insurance company recommended their service and selection to begin the process of rebuying many lost pieces. The second I met Jim and June I knew I was in the best of hands. As I began to tell them what was lost, the tears just flowed and I began to relive all that was lost. They were beyond sympathetic and caring; working effortlessly to help me recreate many of my heirloom pieces. Their service is beyond anything I have ever experienced in any industry. They learn your taste, they never upsell and their prices and quality are beyond amazing. I would never consider going anywhere else but Continental Jewelers. Jim and June are the nicest individuals and you will not be disappointed in their selection and the individual treatment that you will receive. I cant say enough about my favorite little shop!

I made my first purchase from Continental Jewelers yesterday. I was told they were the people to contact about Omega Watches and that was the truth. Jim was able to answer all my questions and help me get the Seamaster i wanted. In less than 24 hours i had the watch at my door in Florida. I told them my wrist size so they could size it for me and it was an absolute perfect fit. I felt completely comfortable making the purchase over the phone and i would not hesitate to do so again. I have already recommended them to two of my friends who are watch shopping. The price was great and so was the service. This was a great shopping experience for my first major watch purchase.

This place is awesome. Ive purchased Jewelery before at all the usual places. Typically I dread the experience because you are always up-sold and feel like you get much less than you laid for. Continental was different they give you great advice, arent afraid to recommend a competitor, offer you quality options at different, near wholesale price points, and proved life time service free of charge. I would not buy Jewelery anywhere else in DC.

The proprietor Jim Gianforte, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Omega watches. He is well known in the watch collecting community for offering excellent service and great prices. Ive bought 1 Omega and 2 Longines watches from him, and would go back without hesitating for a second. Proceed without thinking twice!
