Ill never deal with this location again Ashley has a horrible attitude Brianna is a liar and very unprofessional. I bought a bunk bed with the trundle back in May 2016 the bed broke two weeks of me getting it installed. It took them over two months to get it replaced. Fast forward to October l call them to tell them that a nail in the rail is sticking out and you can see how its splitting l never got any answer from them until l called corporate. They kept giving me a date to come out and never showed Brianna called me on 17 December saying she was going to order rails and have them the 20 December. During the call she came to what l thought a resolution of having someone come out on the 20 December to see what all needed to be ordered and then theyd come back on the 27 December well to no avail it was a no call no show and I called corporate after trying to contact the store on several occasions within the last week only to find out that whoever the area manager is said that l could bring the bed back because they arent going to honor my claim because the rails being broken came from my kids jumping on the bed. Now mind you that they have never even been to my house they dont have any pictures because l didnt send the pictures that l took. My son fell in the middle of the night and bust his lip because the bed collapsed. My kids are preteens so how do they constitute my kids were jumping on the bed and they never even been out to even look at the bed. I have been trying to get them to come out to just look at it and give me advice as how to handle it and they didnt even do that. Whats the point of me having insurance if they arent going to honor it. This is absurd l wouldnt refer anyone to them. I am just going to do what my legal counsel adviced me to do and go from there l hope this never happens to anyone else.

I HAD BEEN STRUGGLING TO PAY MY BILLS DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT AND OTHER HARDSHIPS -WITH DOCUMENTATIONS IN HAND- AND I WAS TOLD BY THE FEMALE MANAGER ASHLEY, THAT MY SITUATION WOULD NOT QUALIFY FOR AN INSURANCE CLAIM, THAT I HAD ALREADY BEEN PAYING IN ADDITION TO REGULAR PAYMENTS. WHAT ARE WE PAYING INSURANCE FOR? I CAN NOT HELP THE FACT THAT I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND UNABLE TO WORK, BUT INSURANCE WAS SUPPOSE TO ASSIST IN THESE TYPES OF SITUATIONS. THE MANAGER WAS VERY NASTY TO ME AND ACTUALLY COMPARED MY CAR ACCIDENT TO HER DAUGHTERS CAR ACCIDENT SAYING SHE RETURNED BACK TO WORK AFTER HER CAR ACCIDENT. EVERYBODYS SITUATIONS ARE DIFFERENT. HOW DARE SHE COMPARE THE SEVERITY OF MY ACCIDENT TO HER DAUGHTERS?(HER DAUGHTER WORKS WITH HER HERE). ASHLEY HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN. ONCE MY DEBT IS PAID I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. PEOPLE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE OPENING AN ACCOUNT HERE.(BADCOCK MCDONOUGH GA) I SUGGEST ANOTHER FURNITURE COMPANY. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO PARENTS WHEN THEY SAID THIS WAS A NASTY COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. This place is horrible and they care nothing for their customers. AVOID the McDonough location (Manager Ashley) and perhaps all Bad cock locations. We moved into McDonough almost a year ago, and have been harassed by their store employees since May in sometimes in a threatened manner at our residence. First, we have never and nor we ever plan to do business with Badcock. We inform the local store and their corporate office, to stop coming on our property looking for one of their customers, as she does not nor do we know who she is. They have been bold enough to threaten my wife, whom has been recovering from a stroke and send the Sheriffs dept to our home. After repeated attempts to stop their harassment and we even point out how simple we found the person they are looking for by searching the internet, we have now had to take legal action against Badcock on their corporate and local level. They have now received legal documents regarding our legal measures we are taking against their repeated and unlawful harassment. We suggest anyone to do reaserch into other furniture stores before ever considering Badcock. This is a very poorly run company.

I had the Most Horrible experience with Badcock, and out of speaking with 6 people, there was only 1 helpful person. I currently am still on hold with the corporate office, it is now 16 minutes. The local store manager was Horrible, Rude, and told me I paid to much to rent a Uhaul, and told me I should not have bought the furniture from that store!!!! Really !!! Watch out for the insurance you sign up for if you finance , they do not tell you what you are signing for. Ashley from the McDonough store is awful!

My husband and I were looking for a furniture store. And I looked up the reviews and thought we would have a horrible experience... Well we didnt. The staff was inviting. Ashley approached us within minutes of us browsing through the items we wanted. She was friendly, very professional. We are very pleased with her and the staff at this store. Other customers in the store were being helped out right away. Keep up the Excellent Work I will definitely refer others to shop here.

I do not have an account at this store but I went to the store to pay a bill the staff there did not seem very friendly nor were they enthusiastic about helping me as a potential customer. There were three women there and one of them seem to have a bad attitude that day I am glad that a new store has opened closer to my house because I would prefer to take my business there.

The store manager Ashley is something else at the mcdonough location. Made a mistake on my order , completely different chairs, the tells me that I have to pay $100 more for the correct set. Never again!! One and done.☥
