TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Please read until the end...so you wont waste time/money like I did. I did my research...read the reviews...and could kick myself for wanting to go with this furniture company anyway. So where do I begin. First...the easiest part of the whole process was signing up for their credit card and doing everything in store (go figure). I was told my furniture would be delivered on a Thursday (I purchased everything the Sunday before). I kept receiving confirmation calls that my furniture was going to be delivered on Thursday....until Wednesday came. Wednesday I received a call from a guy in their warehouse stating that my delivery would be delayed b/ they needed to order another sectional, as the one that came in had a hole. It was disappointing, as I was going out of town and wanted it before then..but I was happy they noticed the hole and decided to get another couch for me. Well later that day I received another call to reschedule the delivery and was told the earliest they could deliver it was Saturday (the day I was going out of town) and when I asked if it was possible to receive it earlier, they said no and I would have to wait until the following week. I didnt want to wait that long b/c then I would have been outside of the 7-10 day period they give you to return the merchandise after purchasing. So I had my boyfriend wait on the furniture to be delivered so I could still go out of town. I told him to study that sectional up and down before the delivery guys left...and if there were any issues to make them take it back with them (a friend of mine used to work for ASF and told me everything I needed to know). Saturday comes around, I get a call from my bf, and he mentions that they delivered the furniture (outside of the 3 hour time frame that was given to me) and there was a HOLE on the side of the couch (they never attempted to order another one OR repair it...sent the same couch that they delayed my delivery for). He only caught it when he noticed the delivery guys acting weird and trying to rush out before he could take a look at it. He caught the delivery guy and told him about the hole and told them to take it back...the delivery guy stated "No, Ill leave it here and let them know. Just call the store on Monday and they will do an even exchange." HOW CAN YOU REFUSE TO TAKE BACK DAMAGED MERCHANDISE! Sidenote: ASF uses contracted delivery drivers and they are paid on successful deliveries...not deliveries that they have to bring back because of an error or damaged part. They also have TERRIBLE customer service/people skills. So I immediately called ASF with this new info and the lady told me to "never accept damaged furniture. Tell the delivery guys you want them to take it back with them" and once I told her what happened she promised to fix the issue and worked on rescheduling a new sectional to be delivered. I waited until Monday to call back, as I never heard back from anyone regarding my furniture. Another lady that answered my call told me that she would schedule a technician to come out to repair the hole. I was fed up at this point and said "No, the delivery guy refused to take back the furniture when my bf told him there was a hole in it...I wont even risk your company trying to charge me for a technician when it was delivered with a hole that was not my fault." So she quickly put me on hold and came back about a minute later. Obviously its against company policy to refuse to take back their furniture within a certain time frame. She apologized and reordered another sectional and gave me a new delivery date. Delivery day comes and the delivery drivers were 1.5 hours LATE from the 3 hour time frame they gave to me. They were very rude. Its been 2 months since my purchase and I still havent received a statement or card to pay my bill. Had to call Syncchrony Bank and pay over the phone (They entered my address wrong and the card was sent back). This company is TERRIBLE! Find furniture elsewhere for your sake & sanity. I will *NEVER* make another purchase w/ them.

The worst experience ever! Please do not overlook the reviews like I did or you will regret it! Purchased a sofa set with built in chargers and speakers. First one was all rusted under the bottom when they delivered. The second one.. The electrical components stayed hot even when it was not in use. They picked it up. No refund but my warranty covered it.. A joke because now you only get part of your money and you pay delivery charges again. I spent double for something of"quality". Well... waste of time and money. The entire chair broke apart while my 1yr old was playing on it. Looked like wood was dry rotted. I asked for a refund. They agreed and came to pick up the sofa set. Months later I am still getting the run around about $3800. Everyone has a current lie. 7-14 days we will send a check to the store for you to pick up, lie #1, its in the safe wait until the manager gets back, lie#2, we sent it back to your account it will be there in 2 to 5 days, lie #3. Do a bank dispute then we will refund you. This is probably lie #4. Store manager says its corporate, corporate says its cash management, cash management says we sent it to your account already. My bank says no they have not done any activity. There is nothing. So corporate tells me to dispute it. Which takes 60- 90 days. So I guess im out of 3800. No customer care! I would not spend another penny with this company American Signature/ Value Furniture. They will screw you over, lie to you and take your money.

Brandi is awesome! We had a less than impressive experience during the buying process but we decided to press on with the purchase because we really loved the furniture . Delivery showed up earlier than our time window causing us to miss the delivery , called the store and was told we would have to reschedule. Asked for a manager and was transferred to Brandi who seemed genuinely concerned and promised to put in a call to the delivery team and call us back. Within 15 minutes we received the call back that the delivery team was on the way back to our home. Once the guys showed up they were really nice and apologized about the confusion. After the delivery we got a call from Brandi to make sure things went smooth. We appreciated the fact that we were able to get our furniture because we had family coming into town and nowhere for them to sleep. Great customer service! Thanks Brandi for turning our experience into a positive one.

This is my second time purchasing from American Signature - Duluth. This go round I was a bit hesitant about my purchase (Marisol Livingroom set), because it was backordered to the end of November. Justin was my sales rep and he did not disappoint. He was patient when I asked for time to think it over, he answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed. When I explained to Justin that I was hesitant about purchasing something that I wouldnt get for months, he assured me that he stay on top of my order and he did!!! I purchased my furniture on 9/18 and instead of a delivery date of 11/26 (or later), my entire set will be delivered 9/28 and I couldnt be happier!!!! Justin was amazing and I definitely plan on returning to this location. Thanks Justin, you made my weekend!!!
