We bought furniture last year. We started contacting the company after about 8 months the furniture started peeling. The ottoman board broke. We even bought the 5 year warranty. Because it had not been a year the warranty does not cover it but the store is responsible. We have been contacting corporate and the store since April. The furniture has not been replaced yet and we are getting the run around. The corporate office number is always busy. When I did get in touch with Deborah she did not give me a straight answer but said the manager from the store in West Columbia SC was suppose to contact me. He has not. My husband has also left many messages. We did not finance this furniture we paid cash. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Furniture is cheap. I have never had furniture to mess up in such a short time. Even the pillows have messed up.

I am currently dealing with this company. I have yet to receive all of my furniture in which I purchased on June 27th and went to pick up on July 8th. The 2 week wait is definitely correct. They claim I will get the rest of my furniture on July 21st. Wow, such an inconvenience. I WILL NOT purchase anything from them again.

If you have ANY business with corporate office, be prepared for a two week wait minimum. Each time I have contacted them for something, Ive had to wait for 2 weeks...worst experience ever
