If it was possible to give 0 stars or half of a star I would because they certainly do not deserve even one star! My husband and I purchased a Living Room set about a week ago and it was delivered Friday. . The delivery guys were excellent and during the set up noticed something not quite right with the recliner on this sofa so he fixed it. We did not notice until later that evening that the love seat recliner had the same issue. I called the store on Monday to speak to our salesman Matt Leathers. I was told he was at lunch and would call me back. Of course he never called! I called the next day and spoke to Matt. He said he would have a manager call me back in a day or two. That didnt happen either! I called back today and finally spoke to Lolita, a manager. She started with "the contract states we do not warranty our merchandise and all sales are final..." I told her we didnt want to return the furniture, we just wanted the delivery guy to come back to make the same fix. She said if he fixed it he did it out of a courtesy because they do not warrant their furniture. I told her the recliners work but the issue is something neither we nor Matt Leathers noticed on the showroom floor.(well, maybe he did notice it and said nothing so he could make the sale)... At any rate she said there was nothing they could do. Now I understand why our furniture was delivered with no wrapping or protection at all, because once we signed on the dotted line the liability became ours and they did not think enough of their customers to at-least mitigate any incidences between the showroom floor and our home. I also explained to Lolita that I knew that all sales were final I just did not realize that they did not warranty their merchandise. So this is an eye opener to me and believe me I am a long time Rooms to Go credit-card holder and I will never purchase ANYMORE furniture from any Rooms to Go outlet. I am pretty sure it is a quick and cheap fix since it took the delivery guy 2 minutes and a drill to make. So, it looks like Rooms to Go outlet, has lost a customer over 2 minutes and a drill, especially since my husband and I just got married in April and we have a whole house to furnish!

Onestamente el personal es de lo peor ellos quieren que compres rapido y te presionan hoy 4/22/2017 tuve una malisima experiencia con el "manager" y un enpleado de la tienda incluso con dos empleadas de la corporacion incluyendo una "supervisora" Cuando compras un articulo en la tienda y por alguna razon la regresas por medio de la garantia si no tienen el articulo en existencia simplemente te quedas con el articulo dañado o tienes que escojer uno de mas valor y pagar la diferencia ovio para ellos hacer mas dinero y si escojes jn articulo de menos valor pierdes la diferencia el personal de la corporacion con la que hable tienes una SUPER ASQUEROSA no tienen modales no tienen educacion y el trabajo que ellos tiene que hacer quieren que uno de cliente lo haga ONESTAMENTE NO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO ESTA TIENDA mejor busquen algun otro lugar para hacer sus compras compre una ves y no buelvo a comprar hay amenos de que cambien el personal y lo eduquen y lo entrenen para dar el servicion al cliente que merece el consumidor por que ellos estan ay gracias al consumidor SERVICIO AL CLIENTE ES UN ASCO !!!!

I went to Rooms to Go on a Friday. I found a table that I liked but it was a dark brown table that was paired with 4 red pleather chairs. I didnt like the red chairs so I asked if I could get some brown chairs instead. Wilson who was my salesperson said yes and showed me some brown chairs. I asked if I could get 2 additional chairs because when you add two leaf pieces to the table its 100 inches. He said yes, it would be an additional $150 for the two extra chairs. I said that was fine and he assured me that I would be getting the table and 6 new in box brown chairs. We paid for the entire purchase and watched him put a sold sign on the table. We were told we had 24 hours to pick everything up. We went back the next day and were told that they had the table but only 3 chairs and they were not new in box, they were out on display. We asked where the 6 new in box chairs were and they said they didnt have them. They told us they sold 18 of the chairs we had pie for the day before after we left and had no other chairs. So Rooms to Go took our money for 6 chairs and then sold those 6 chairs after we left to someone else. Their only solution at that point was to give us our money back. I called customer service the following Monday to lodge a complaint and they told me to call the store. When I called the store the store manager apologized and said he doesnt know what happened. But he would try and find the chairs. Well that was several days ago and they cant find the chairs. So beware if you buy from here they may take your money and then sell your products to someone else after you leave.

One of the worst places Ive bought furniture at yet. I was told that the dining table I was buying didnt come with a leaf, they didnt have it, but the price was adjusted previously for that. The manager said to just come in whenever we have leafs in because we just throw them away. Why would you throw away a leaf to a table?! About 15 minutes later my mother finds the leaf for the table and the sales guy kept saying that it was the wrong leaf. He was refusing to give us the leaf after the manager already told us we could have it, if they had one. Well, this isnt even the worst part. While we are outside trying to get them to load the table and chairs in the uhaul for us, they just plop the table down and then leave the chairs outside the uhaul for us to take care of. Not only were we told that they would help load the table AND tie it down, they then came up and said we need you to move your vehicle and load else where because we need to load other customers. First off, my uhaul is NOT loaded. And second off, dont stand there and tell me to move when I am out in the 90 degree weather sweating with my mother loading and tying thw furniture down ourselves. Rudest people ever! I will not shop here again. They are charging high prices for what they give you and they wont help you. All they care about is trying to make a sale. The entire time I was looking at my table, the sales person did not leave my side. He literally followed me around the store until I found what I was looking for.

This is probably the worst experience we have had at a furniture place. I understand this is an Outlet and most people are trying to find a bargain, and this place does deliver on that. However, their sales people are extremely rude! We went in and chose a bed frame that we liked, and began talking to Wilson. When it came down to setting up a delivery date nothing was working out with our schedule. Then we considered just picking it up our selves. However that wasnt working out as well. So my family stood there trying to figure out if there was a relative or someone we could tap on for help. Before we could even begin looking at other options (literally 20 seconds passed), Wilson SLAMMED his hand on the desk and said "OH I guess we cant do business", picks up his stacks of paper and walks away to talk to another customer. Are you kidding me! We were already irked that he was trying to juggle about 5 or 6 different customers at the same time, and tried not to think anything of it since we understand that the employees maybe paid on commission, but this was absolutely rude! As a sales person he was already very condescending and running around the place talking to other customers. But when he SLAMMED his hand on the counter saying "Well we cant do business" that was it. My family left right away. I really hope that some employees are taught that sometimes spending time with one or two customers may actually help them sell more items i.e the concept of quality over quantity.
