DO NOT BUY PROTECTION PLAN!!! I was tricked into buying the furniture protection plan which I later found out was for spot cleaning (2-3) spots and was told I had too many spots to receive the cleaning. I was told I would need a professional cleaning. Had I known this I would have chose a different material for my couch. I have a toddler and I knew I would need this plan but I wish they would have explained the plan in detail. I was told by the sales rep that if my couch gets dirty theyll come out to clean it and if the stain doesnt come out theyll replace it. The guy came to my house told me I have too many spots and left without doing anything! Never again✌

While the salesman took the time to show me what I was interested in, which was a 5 piece bedroom set...I was disappointed in the final outcome. I looked at several sets, and liked 3 of them. I told the man that I would be back later, or the next day, as I was ready to purchase. I went home for a bit, thought about it, and made a decision which set I wanted. I drove back, and when it came time to purchase, I found out the bed wouldnt be available until October, but I could get the rest of the set in a few days. I left without making a purchase, as the most important part of a bedroom set is the bed.

My mother and I were shopping for a living room set for my apartment. Mary immediately greeted us at the door. She made sure to let us know of any special offers and also advised on the best way to tour the store. She wasnt overbearing, but made sure to periodically check on us. I ended up looking at 2 other places that day and ended up coming back. The other places were overpriced and didnt match the quality of the sofa and love seat pair that I purchased. The accessories are overpriced, but I definitely love the extensive selections of everything else.

I visited here to find a cute sofa for my living room. The salesman, Steve, was very nice and helpful. I ended up picking out a pretty red sofa. I was able to do no down payment financing which was great. There was also a pretty good selection of furniture including living room sets, bedroom sets, and dining room sets. There are a lot of accessories for sale but they seems overpriced to me. I would recommend this store if you are looking for new furniture.

Went in looking for a specific piece of furniture. Salesman ran to greet me at the door and then just turned his back and ran off when I didnt show interest in anything else. Very impolite and rude behavior. Guess he had to hurry up and go get back in the que to try to meet his sales quota. After all it was the end of the month, quarter and year. Poor layout. Would rather see furniture in sections, not all mixed up.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. My husband I had coupons and we asked the manager Jeff if the coupons are still valid, and he replied, he dont care its not his money...not sure what business model thats in. After we found a living set we liked, our salesman Horace asked him to remove protection plan and he was very rude. Needless to say we did not and will not purchase anything from this location.

I had a wonderful experience here. The sales team wasnt pushy and assisted me by helping me decided the best item for me, not the one they would receive the largest commission on. I will be returning for more pieces for my home. Joshalyn was the BEST! I look forward to working with her again.

Customer service was AWESOME! Even when we changed our mind and went back to switch our order before delivery! They get 4 stars because our couch was damaged when it was delivered. We are still waiting to hear back on what they are going to do, but I will update this review accordingly!

They dont tell you when youre purchasing the pieces that they do not take care of old furniture. I have a bunch of stuff sitting in my kitchen now and the guys were huffing and in a big hurry saying they needed to get to their next delivery.

I was seeking a particular color, fabric and very particular about the pillows detaching from the back of the sofa. Ron, the salesman, and Jeff, the manager were very helpful in assisting me, although I couldnt find the ideal color or sofa.

Beautiful pieces but I also enjoyed being given the freedom to browse in peace aside from a couple of inquiries on whether or not Id been greeted. Will definitely be back when Im ready to move.

Sales people will tell you anything to make a sale. Dont buy the adjustable bed it doesnt work with all mattresses. And they dont take returns. Customer service never return my call.

The sales person was great his name was Ron. But the customer service and delivery was awful. If you have a truck and can pick up and put together yourself, your in good shape.
