SCAMMERS....BUYERS BEWARE.....THESE PEOPLE ARE SELLING THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND EBAY......YOU NEVER GET ANY RESPONSES FROM SELLER BECAUSE THEIR VOICEMAIL BOX IS ALWAYS FULL AND THEY DO NOT SUPPLY AN EMAIL FOR CONTACT EITHER.....IVE PLACED 2 ORDERS FROM THE 1ST FROM EBAY ORDERED A CERTAIN SIZE OF DRAPES AND THEY SENT ONES THAT WERE MUCH SMALLER DID NOT RESPOND TO COMMUNICATION HAD TO GET EBAY INVOLVED, FINALLY, HAD TO SETTLE FOR A PARTIAL REFUND AND WAS STUCK WITH CURTAINS I CANNOT USE......DID NOT REALIZE THEY WERE THE SAME COMPANY WHEN I PLACE MY 2ND ORDER AND JUST RECEIVED MY ITEMS AND AGAIN NOT THE SIZE I ORDERED AND NOW IM TOTALLY SCREWED NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM......DO NOT BY BUY FROM AT ALL!!

Contrary to the negative reviews for this place, I had a really pleasant experience with them. I just recently moved here and wanted to get a whole new furniture set for my living room. The prices and quality of the set were the best I could find and the customer service was great as well. I highly recommend them and will be going back if I am in need of furniture again.

Placed a order thur amazon for empire. The web site stated free shipping. They sent me double the order + shipping. I returned the extra order + i had to pay 11.20 to ship back. Empire did refund the item cost but not the shipping cost that was supposed to be free. All together Im out 31.10 for shipping the product was only 44.00. Would not order from them again

I ordered a comforter way back in the beginning of December, and i still havent received it. They never sent me a conformation email but they charged my card. I have tried contacting them by phone, email, and facebook many times and i cant get ahold of them! Do not shop from this stupid place they will screw you over.

The store was bigger and nicer than I expected. I found a really nice sofa set that I liked and the mattresses were priced way better than the other places I went to. The guy that helped me really knew what he was talking about and worked with me on the prices. Overall, highly recommend.

Horrible product and customer service. Tried to return a shower curtain and the shipping was going to be 11 dollars. I paid 20 for the shower curtain which they stuffed in an envelope and sent to me but now they want me to pay all this money to send it back! Never again

they dont ever answer the phone. literally NEVER. we waited and waited and waited for the rest of our furniture to be delivered... and they never delivered it, then wouldnt respond to our calls- do NOT purchase from them- its a headache

We ordered curtains from them and they are the wrong color. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAIL. I have been trying daily for two weeks, and they NEVER ANSWER. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE BUSINESS!
