I bought a 3 piece sectional from American Signature about 4 years ago. I also bought the extended warranty. Now I need to use it and have been jumping through hoops. Opened a case with the warranty company who then closed it and sent it back to the store to handle. No one called to tell me this, but instead I get an email that says to call the store. I call corporate who then says that the warranty company should be handling it. Corporate puts me on hold and then I am told the store would be handling it. They schedule someone to come out and take photos of the pieces and then leave. It has been a week and no one has even bothered to contact me. Talked to customer service yesterday (8/23/2017). They tried to get in touch with the store, but was put on hold. Then they came back and said someone would call me back in a little while. That never happened. Now today I have been talking to customer service again and they have escalated it to corporate, but it will take two days for a response. I liked the furniture when we bought it, but now the material is cracked and peeling off. Not happy with the experience. May be going back to Rooms to Go for our furniture.

I paid for my table and scheduled pick up for the following saturday. When I get there to pick it up they try to give me a different table. Then when I inform them that this isnt what I bought they told me they dont carry the table I am refrencing, even though there is one on the display floor. So after a little research they inform me that they gave my table to another customer. They stated the customer has been informed and would be back with it later that afternoon. I asked them to then deliver it to me as I didnt want to hang around until the other customer decided to bring the table back. They stated that they would be glad to but they couldnt have it delivered for 3-5 more days And as I needed the table for Easter that was not reasonable. I then asked for a refund at which time they informed me that even though I paid cash they would have to request a refund check which I would receive in 7-10 business days So I couldnt even go get another table. At the end of it all they got the table back from the customer and I picked it up however I will never visit another American signature store due to the poor attitude and service I received.

My mother and I had been looking at the inventory online, and I am moving into my 2nd apartment, so I was looking to buy furniture TODAY. I dont like salesmen who crowd you for commission or follow you around the store, however, since this was a large purchase for a college student (I needed a bedroom set as well as a couch/loveseat), I do expect some help. When my mother and I entered the store, Charles gave us a cold welcome, looked right past us as he said glad to have you here and when I asked if they were having any holiday sales, he said "prices as marked" and walked off. As we walked through the store, he only came up to us once and asked if we had any questions. By that time, I was uninterested in his help anyway because he was so RUDE upon our entrance. I may have had sweatpants on, but Charles, I went right across the street to Ashley furniture and spent almost 2,000 bucks. Your rudeness cost you a sale. Work on your approach and TRY to act interested and not judge people by what they are wearing. You need to work on your approach or find a new job.

Found a dining table set I liked while on my way to a 7 day cruise. They were featuring a special where sales tax and delivery were free. Called and spoke with a sales rep and explained that I was going to be on a 7 day cruise and wanted to be able to take advantage of the promo. He put together a quote and said it would lock in the pricing/promo for 14 days. Got the quote and at the top it said 7 days and I called back. He assured me that he put 14 days in the system and that what I saw was a hard coded header in the e-mail. He offered that if I was still uncertain I could put a deposit on the quote and that would lock the pricing/promo for 90 days. I spoke to a rep in the business office, made a $100 payment and was assured that when I got back if I didnt like the table once I saw it in person theyd refund the whole amount. Went by and saw the table once I got back from the cruise, liked it, set delivery and DONE. I dont think they could have done better.

We are disabled and the American Signature store at the Mall of Georgia were so concerned and helpful. It was the best experience buying anything, anywhere ever. The employees went out of there way to help us and make sure we got the best deal we could. I was touched by the care they showed us. We were truly blessed by going there for a power lift chair to help my husband walk again. They MADE it happen, also thanks Lauren at the Acceptance Now who also made a special effort to make sure we did the right thing. Polly and John

I will NEVER buy furniture at the American Signature Furniture Store at the mall of Georgia or any other one of they stores EVER again. The sales lady FLAT OUT LIED TO US to get us to buy a lot of furniture. She told us we would have a warranty that covered unlimited claims to ease our concerns about durability. This WAS A BIG FAT LIE. The furniture is not durable and the supposed warranty is a lie. Once I figured it out I tried to return the items and was told TOO BAD.

I want to say how well we were taken care of by Peggy, One of the mangers at American Signature in Buford. We had a mattress that was defective from the manufacture and she absolutely went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you again. Also if you want a friendly and knowledgeable sales person, Ask for Mark. He is a very genuine and caring person. He made sure we were taken care of throughout the process during and after the sale. Thanks again!!

-0 is my experience with this location. FULL size bed was ordered and a twin size mattress was delivered. I Obviously denied the delivery. I wad told the store would call me they never did. I had to end up driving to this location. The receptionist and manager were trying to convince me that I ordered a twin mattress. Now I have to wait 5 more days for a mattress. Its like they are robots going through the motion with no care or concern for the customer.

All the comments are true - Terrible customer service. Dont expect your delivery to be on time or for them to deliver your complete order. I only had half of my sectional couch for over two weeks because the other half "didnt make the shipment from overseas". They didnt even call to let me know that my order was delayed OR even call to schedule a delivery. I had to call them to find out information on my order. This place is not worth the frustration.
