Not just poor customer service , SUPER POOR customer service. Plan on waiting and waiting ! I finally pulled out my phone and took video to get them to stop talking amongst them selves and wait on the elderly man in front of me. He had been here for over 30 minutes. The office center was horrible with no smiles when it was finally your turn. Truly the worst Mgt I have EVER SEEN. Someone needs to clean house and start over,

The lady who helped me during Christmas knew absolutely nothing about a product that she was telling me about and was actually rude. Ive really considered never returning to this store but alas I returned there for some kind of notebook I was needing (after Staples didnt have what I was looking for) and my second experience was more pleasant.

Literally so bad. I actually waited so long that I went to a different place. That was it for me, Ive been here a few times over the last couple years and no matter who the different employees are, they all have the same awful not-even-service. Always unhelpful, grumpy attitudes. I will always be going to the staples down the street now.

Dont expect to have an amazing customer service experience here. No sense of urgency or drive. Probably the equivalent of having hired zombies for employees. Management needs to wake up, cant imagine why the industry is shrinking and losing to online competition and big box stores.

Stopped by here for a 300 pages of double sided prints on a Saturday. The service center portion was manned by exactly one person who was clearly struggling with some customers ahead of me. Unfortunately I needed this printed quickly and did not have time to go elsewhere.
