The staff, especially the supervisors that they had in place on Christmas Eve was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I called on my way there to speak to someone about holiday hours and whoever was in customer service kept picking up the phone but never spoke. They was having a casual conversation with co-workers. I walked in the door 15 minutes before closing and a man was standing at the door (I believe his name was Gary) says we close in 5 mins, but when I walked to the back the employees announced 12 minutes til closing. When it got down to five minutes before 11pm supervisors/employees came in the isle saying no more shopping we have to go up front. I knew what time to be up front and was prepared to meet my deadline but they were literally forcing up to leave right then. They were very rude and unprofessional and having loud conversation amongst each other using profanity and everything. Very unpleasant experience!!!!

I typically love target and will drive an extra 12 miles to shop there instead of Walmart. This one is poorly managed. There was a line so long at the check out that it wrapped around to cosmetics and there were only 3 cashiers opened.. This is every saturday. You would think the manager should have figured out that he/she should have more people scheduled for saturday... And the starbucks is AWFUL 9 out of 10 times... One too many times I payed 5 dollars for an undrinkable cappucino. Which made me very sad... Cause i typically love starbucks. Today is the last chance i am giving this Targets Starbucks.

Joy is a very sweet cashier. Went here on a Sunday with family and we all had to do seperate checkouts but she was polite throughout the entire process. She was very respectful and I loved her manners. I came back the other week and she consistently displayed the same work ethic as she did when I first noticed her. She needs to be recognized and rewarded. Target definitely needs to see her as a great image to their bsuiness.

I come to this Target often. Overall I love the store and always find what I need. But I had a terrible experience with a cashier named May. Probably one of the rudest cashiers I have ever met. FYI May, just because a customer doesnt have a receipt, doesnt mean an item was stolen. Im hoping I dont have to deal with her in the future.

I have noticed that this store does not have the same sale items , there was a lot more items on sale at the Lavista Target store. Even though I live near to this Target in Conyers I pass by the Lavista Target daily to go to work I rather shop at Lavista Target its more stocked with goods & prices are cheaper

I like Target, but if youre using any coupons this is the store to avoid at all costs. The staff doesnt like to wear name tags on purpose since theyre rude and not customer focused. Even the manager Beverly is not customer focused. If you can, shop at the McDonough location instead.

i Love my local Target. The employees are typically helpful & friendly. service is quick, prices are good overall. And I love the expanded food area and the remodel indoors. - Will always shop Target over Walmart any day. Less crowds - better service - better product.

This is probably the worst place Ive ever been as far as customer service is concerned the store was sloppy management was slow for response and I wasnt satisfied with anything I ended up leaving before I even got to speak with a manager there sense of urgency sucks

I shopped for school supplies at Target and asked if I find a better price will they price match. I was told yes. The other store had several lower prices. Target could only find one item. I wasted time and money and will be shopping for school supplies elsewhere.

The employees here just dont care. I used to work for Target a few years ago and I know the general procedures and these people dont talk to you, properly show you where to find something, and dont care if you bring something to be returned that was expired.

This target us usually clean and well lit. Theyre getting just as bad as walmart about not having any cashiers at the registers. There was a line and 1 cashier and another employee directing customers to self check out.

This is a clean and good looking store. It is normally sufficient stock including sale items. The store has a good deal of personnel but they very focused on stocking and they are not customer oriented.

I have always gone to this target pretty much ever sense I was born almost. I also love the Starbucks in it like Starbucks is life and everybody should love Starbucks not everything is coffee so......

Target is so much better than the other super store. I would have given them 5 stars but they had only one register open. An otherwise good experience was ruined by the long line at checkout.

the cashiers arent very fast and there are always long lines. the staff on the floor doesnt ever seem knowledge when I have questions about products. the store is generally clean though

One of my favorite stores. They have everything. I especially love the addition of the fresh and frozen foods section where I can pick up a few items without going to the grocery store.

Clean store, very stylish clothes, but I do often feel their prices on some items can be high. Most of the time its easy to get in and out, but they often have too few lanes open.
