My husband and I came by to purchase a Christmas tree and we were walking into the garden center and received extremely rude customer service from a woman named Leslie. We asked her if they had anymore trees left and she said that she did not know but they were about to close (they closed at 7pm, we were there at 6:55 and did not think they would be closing this early) to have their "Christmas party" and made it obvious that she wanted us to leave. We walked overy to the checkout counter and asked some other employees if we could just buy the tree that was on display. They were very nice and helpful, but they asked Leslie about our question and she said very loudly and rudely for us to hear "Absolutely not! They cannot purchase the ones on display!" There was a MUCH more respectful and nice way to tell us and expected much more out of Home Depot. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. We do love home depot and hope that this problem will be addressed!

I bought my son a washer and dryer from Home Depot last year for his college apartment in Dalonega. The machines were professionally installed by Home Depot and the machines worked great for the last year and a half. Last week, my son told me that the washer was not working. I told him to call Home Depot because we had an extended warranty. He did and they came out the next day at the exact time they told him. Within an hour they had everything fixed and he has clean clothes again. As a parent and long time customer of Home Depot, this just shows me why I continue to use them for all my home repair needs. Just great service and great people!

DID ONLINE ORDER ,SHIPPED FROM CA. ITEM OUT FOR DELIVERY AND WAS REFUSED AT THE STORE. UPS STATED THAT THEY DID NOT ORDER THE ITEM. THE ITEM IS BEING RETURNED TO CA. AND CANT BE STOPPED . ORDERED ITEM ONE WEEK BEFORE IT WAS NEEDED. CALLED HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND COULD ONLY REORDER ITEM .TO ARRIVE IN ANOTHER FOUR DAYS. WENT ON LINE AND BOUGHT ITEM FROM AMAZON WITH FREE SECOND DAY SHIPPING!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

These folks are extremely helpful and friendly. Ive purchased a riding lawn mover, paint, weed-eater, refrigerator, flowers, and many miscellaneous supplies for my remodel. Although we had one small issue, it was corrected and made better than before! I couldnt be more pleased thanks to Zach (prodesk), Rick (paint), Ben (appliances), and Ray Mendoza (independent contractor)!!!

I was going to buy some sheet rock and 2×3 studs for a remodel but all the studs are broke or so warped you cant use them. The people are nice though.

Home Depot sells cheap custom made junk...drills are cheaper because gears are plastic, not metal. I can not trust anything I buy here.
