Bought a 2,000 recliner brown leather was a great chair at first a little over a year later it has turned pink. I contacted them at Buford service center and was told to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they would call the service center. I never received a call back from the service center. After a week I called the service finally was told to email pictures which I did and can not find any thing out getting the run-around as far as I am concerned their products are lemons

My husband and I were very pleased with everyone we encountered on the sale floor. Ayanna was fantastic and very helpful. Her excellent product knowledge and sales skills made the process of picking out our furniture selection very efficient. I was also impressed by the follow up call to inform us we could save even more on our selections with the upcoming sale. After shopping around we will definitely purchase our furniture from La-Z-Boy.

I agree with Ray. I had an OK experience in the store. The same can not be said for the delivery service that the store used. The deliveryman was extremely rude. He dragged furniture around on my wood floors, even after I asked him to stop. I called the store to complain, and they offered no apology. I urge you to go somewhere else.

I cant speak to the store itself, but I have to say the guy flipping their sign on Buford Hwy and Mall of GA Blvd on 4.26.15 was insane. We are talking full body performance with that sign. Its the only time I have felt like I needed to buy what a sign flipper was selling. Keep it crazy out there sign flipping guy!

Sales was excellent. But delivery was poor. No transformer was sent with recliner. Cant use recliner until transformer is brought out. Even with the inconvenience I would still recommend this store for home furnishings.
