We are very disappointed in our experience with Rooms to Go Express in Gainesville, GA. Our sales associate that we worked with was very helpful. However, we are having a very difficult time actually receiving our furniture that we have already purchased! Now that they have their money and have made their sale, no one wants to help us! Our furniture was suppose to be delivery Saturday due to weather conditions. We were very understanding about this even though our area did not get any snow. However, we are having a very difficult time getting our furniture delivery rescheduled within a reasonable time! We are seriously considering cancelling our order and going back to doing business with Havertys and Ashley. We might pay a small fraction more, but it would certainly be worth avoiding all of this hassle!

Warning! We have purchased most all of our furniture from RTG! Our electric recliner has gone out and we have called for repair. THEY WILL NOT HELP! Our warranty is expired! RTG does not have any service for you after your warranty is out! We will not purchase from them again!
