After getting off to a slow start, La-Z-Boy customer service came through and resolved a substantial problem to my satisfaction. The furniture looks great and its nice to have more La-Z-Boy products in our home. I do wish they would rely less on automation. They have some great folks, but sadly, they are shielded by their computers. The folks in the store made for a pleasant sales experience and when I finally got to a real person in customer service, things moved right along. Once you get past the machines the PEOPLE of La-Z-Boy make all the difference.

I am very disappointed in LazBoy , It has been less than 6 months that I purchased two chairs that I paid over 2,000 for and Lazboy service center the service people from Lazboy said that the chairs will need a whole new backs and seat cushions. My thing is less then 6 months that the chairs need to have major repair, No! Im disabled on a fixed income I dont have money and the time for this foolishness. Moving on to the next step.

We came at 5:40 p.m. on Friday and they were closed even though the door said open till 8:00 p.m.
