My wife and I are long time Ashley Furniture Customers. I would say over 15 years Now. We have always had great experiences when visiting stores in another state but our recent visit to the Snellville Georgia location was the most extraordinary and best visit we have ever had. We began the first week of our visit with a Rep named Doug. He was very personable and exhibited great customer service. We made a purchase with him and then returned 2 weeks later and met with a Rep named Sean. He was very informative and it was such a relaxed feel it was like he was taking us on an Island tour. He knew the product very well and walked us through it while allowing us the full experience by giving us a visual. He also allowed us to try it out as he spoke to us about day to day life that he smoothly tied into our purchase. He appeared to be more than a salesman but more of a person who wants the best for his customers. The management was also pleasant and welcoming as well. Her name was Nyesha. She checked in on us to make sure we were being taken care of and that we received the best experience. We are very happy with our purchase and experience at Ashleys and we are lifetime customers. Furniture in process of being set up after a two week wait...but not without problems. So far we have no dining room table, they cant give us a date to when we will get it (maybe next week) . The dining room chairs have come though, but two of the 8 dont match the set. We also had a rug and some candles holders that were direct ship, they cant give us a tracking number for , so they have no idea on location or timing on those either. When spending $13,000 plus on furniture and not having everything in order after two weeks is unacceptable. Not to mention having no dinning room set the day before Mothers Day! The only reason for the one star is, the guys setting up furniture are extremely professional! Edit * update on direct ship items , they gave us a date of 5/13. The store now told my wife "direct ship items can take 4 weeks"... Edit #2 Bedroom set is missing the bed post, so that cant be set up. Someone else is supposed to be bringing them later today. Ill finish review after its all said and done! I must say again the guys setting this stuff up are extremely professional !

I was very pleased with my service at this store. Nick Valencia made the experience worth our time. My husband and I have been to many furniture stores and everyone was so pushy and aggressive. Nick is the perfect salesman. Greeted us very politely and let us look without following us or pressuring us. We had many questions because it was our first time at Ashley and it was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and patient with us. We will definitely be back to see Nick and highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a smooth and successful shopping experience. P. S. - He is bilingual and fluent which made things even easier for my husband who has trouble with his English. Great store and service. 10 stars if I could.

I was looking for a bed room suite and was about to give up when we stopped by Ashley. Mike Virok met us at the front door greeted us, explained the store layout. He left us alone which is exactly what I wanted until we zeroed in on what I was looking for. Then he worked everything out really fast had the manager Larry Wade help get everything in order. What a great experience I am getting exactly the set I wanted at a outstanding price compared to the other places I had looked. Big thanks to Mike Virock and Larry Wade for their help Ill be back for anything I need in the future. Thanks again guys!

Im very disappointed. I purchased a bedroom suite and the mirror was on backorder. I waited almost a month and was told it was discontinued never coming in I asked for the floor model was told they cant. They supposedly found one at another store and was supposed to call me for delivery date. I never got the call. I have been without 2 for months. Who wants a partial bedroom and get this it has already been paid for. Im calling corporate office.

Me and my family...came in just to look, not really wanting to buy anything...but the outstanding attention to detail and patience that wayne had with us, quickly changed our just looking into wanting to purchase!!! He took his time and made us feel like we were the only ones in the store, definitely would recommend him to all family and friends...snellville will definitely be my new home store...make sure Yu ask for Wayne took!!!!

Great experience today working with Wade at the Snellville store. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were warmly greeted and briefly informed of the current sale. Our questions were efficiently answered. We were even given a deal that couldnt be beat on a bedding piece that I know will look beautiful in our home. Will certainly recommend this store to my friends. Ask for Wade; hell ensure you have a memorable experience.

Waynes level of customer service blew me away. And Wade, the sales managemanager, is not above answering even my simplest questions. Both have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and unpressured, and thats what I need when shopping for furniture. This Ashley Homestore in Snellville is now my offical furniture store. My sales rep Sean made this a wonderful experience for my son and I. We couldnt decided on a bed so he walked with us from bed to bed, explained our options, he even educated us on the measurements of the diffenent bed sizes, and helped us envision what my son was trying to do, heck he made it make sense and affordable.
