I went to Ashley Furniture a few weeks ago just to look around and get some pricing on a King Size Mattress. I was greeted by someone at the door and the other staff were pleasant as well. An employee named Chris Jacobs helped me throughout this process, and lets just say hes the BEST employee Ive met at ANY business. Chris didnt allow me to feel like a customer, he made me feel like I was a part of the Ashley Family. He was patient with me, asked me what I was looking for in detail, and showed me various options until I found something I was pleased with. This was my first time shopping at Ashley Furniture, but it definitely wont be my last. A very special thanks to the Store Manager John for going over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! Ive never been more proud! Again, thanks for making this process easy for me, and I look forward to making more purchases with you all in the near future. UPDATE: On 5/23/2016, I had to go to Ashley Furniture due to a discrepancy on my order and delivery. I was greeted by Walter who took the time out to speak with me and help me understand what the real problem was. But a very special THANK YOU to the Manager Tammy! Hands down, Tammy was so polite, professional, courteous and pleasant! There are no words to describe the level of service Ive received from her on today! She took her time with me, and assured that I was a satisfied customer by the time I left the store. She went over and beyond what I could have possibly ever imagined! I want to say thank you so much to the staff at Ashley Furniture who have truly been a sense of support for me throughout this process: Chris, Tammy, John and Walter! You all are amazing! Im grateful that Im now a part of the Ashley Furniture Store Family!

Only purchase at this location if you dont mind waiting months for your items, and if you enjoy disorganization and being lied to. After I purchased my items, I had a horrible time trying to get them delivered. My living room set came almost 3 mths later. My tables wasnt even with it like it should have been. Those came one month later. Calling the main number is useless. I was on hold for over 30min on two seperate occasions. I called the actual store and complained about the furniture arriving much much later than I was told it would have and they gave me a gift card, so I got lamps and still paid over $300 for the 2 lamps. I thought they would have it in store since its not a large item and surprise surprise...they didnt. I was told they would be in in 2 weeks. Called the store and was told one lamp was there and theyll check for the second lamp and give me a call back. Never received a call. I went there 2 days later and was told neither lamp was in. When I expressed my concern and disappointment to the manager (Edward Camen) his main concern was me keeping my voice down in the empty store. He showed no empathy whatsoever and acted as if it was unbelievable for me to actually think my lamps would be there when they said it would. He definitely doesnt care about customer satisfaction. They gave me another date for a month later and he put emphasis on the fact that it still may not get there by that time and just wait until they call me. I never received that call so again, I had to call the store. He told me the lamps were in. This whole process was horrible and I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. If Im spending thousands of dollars on furniture, I expect great service and reliability to come with that as well.

Was told they would price match by an employee but what I was told when I got there is that they offer finance options the other competitor did not have. I can either pay for the furniture at tag price or get the discount but get standard 12mth finance. The furniture was expensive but what was disappointing is being handed off to a sales manager who got frustrated with me because I keep bring up another competitor who carries ashley furniture products and have it cheeper. The manager walked off from me after 5 mins without telling me she was going to find someone to help me. After 10 mins someone showed up. I ended up spending almost 2k just for 2 items. I looked back on what I purchased and said let me go to the competitor Hot Buys and I was able to spend 3k and get a bedroom set king size, dining table, mattress and the same sectional sofa they sold me. I returned about 2hrs later to cancel my order at Ashley Furniture. Moral of the story give your customer what they are asking for. I did not ask for a discount when I went to Hot Buys they just had what I was looking for at the price I was asking. Ashley Sales team will sell you a yacht instead of the canoe the customer was askinf for. Thats why I took my business somewhere else. Also they got fustrated because I was asking for what theyd consider cheap and not high in commision.

Terrible customer service from both the corporate offices and the managers in the store. They sell cheap bed frames that arent strong enough to support a mattress and box spring. So when it broke after 3 months, I tried to get them to assist me. Its been 6 weeks of calling Ashleys associates. Every time Im told something different. The corporate representatives offer NO HELP. First they offered to exchange and said they would be calling to schedule delivery. Never happened so I called and found out instead They ordered parts for me. Then the wrong parts were sent twice then expected me to fix it myself or wait 30 days for a technician to come out. Then instructed me to just call the store I purchased from. The so called manager said she could only send a technician in another 30 days to determine if the bed can be fixed. If not, then they would exchange but. Funny part is, she couldnt even authorize it. She said she had to talk to the real manager and they would call me back. That was 1 week ago. I think the company is trained to just get you off the phone. EVERYTIME they say they will call back, they never do. Managers wont call back, customer service wont call back, and basically no one is able to authorize anything themselves. So why are they even answering the phone? I wouldnt advise buying from them.

Experience in store was just fine. Sly was great. My experience has been horrible afterwards. We purchased recliner sofas and one was delivered damaged. I contacted customer service and was on hold for an hour while my husband called the store and they said they would replace the couch. I continued to hold with customer service and they also agreed to replace the couch. I called back the next day to check the status with my claim number and the reps name who I spoke to and they say there arent any notes indicating that I called and spoke to the store or customer service. So now they are sending a replacement part to fix the couch. I have to call them back when the part gets delivered so a technician can come fix it. Who knows how long this is going to take. I planned to go back and purchase my sons bedroom set from there needless to say I will not be returning. You pay a delivery fee for them to deliver damaged furniture and then them offer to repair it. I didnt pay for a demo model. I paid for a couch that should have been delivered in perfect condition. I did not notice the hole in the recliner when I was checking the furniture out when they dropped it off because you cant see it until you actually recline the sofa.
