Drove 200 miles to look at multiple vehicles they had for sale, one of them being a F250, I checked it all around and realized the motor had some blowout which means the piston rings within the motor were going bad, I talked to him about it and he basically shrugged me off and got mad that I brought it up, asked if he would bring the price down and he declined. Then I looked at another truck he had, this one being a king ranch, the king ranch was the base model package, all it had was the leather seats and a backup camera, the window tint was tore up and it smelled like smoke, tried to negotiate a price and he would not come down at all. Then I looked at two cummins trucks, one which was squeaking LOUD and the other was running a little warm without even test driving, he wouldnt come down on those prices either! I even showed him my check and said I can give you this much RIGHT NOW and be on my way without even test driving it or having a mechanic look at it, he didnt even make eye contact and said "other people have money too" mr Dean is as rude as rude can be and he doesnt know how to negotiate a deal on a vehicle THATS NOT EVEN IN GOOD CONDITION! They are all overpriced! Hes selling a 2000 Ford F-250 7.3 for $15000 and its only worth $11,000! This place is sketchy seeing as how they wont even provide service records on the vehicles they worked on, I took my $23,000 down the street and left an hour later with a perfectly priced F250 lariat, didnt even take it to a mechanic and test drive it for 5 minutes. This business is trash and Dean is disrespectful. Wont be sending any business his way

I went to Mac hiak ,and after dealing with terrible salesperson I decided to look up the car I wanted (2014 altima) online. The first result that popped up was at deans motor cars. It was 3k less then and with fewer miles. I walked out on the salesperson and he chased me down to try and convince me to say. I walked into deans office and was greeted by Dean himself. He was polite and friendly. He knew I was having a bad day and treated me like a person. When going to the bank to secure my loan I discovered my insurance claim was still bring processed. To make a long story shirt Dean held the car for me to make sure I could get it. It was a great and easy expierence. Thanks again and the car drives great.

We drove in looking for a family SUV. From the onset, the employees at Dean Motor Cars were friendly and extremly helpful! No pushy salesmen here! My wife and kids enjoyed their hospitality and willingness to help. "Need to test drive a car? No problem! Here are the keys!" That simple and that friendly! The loan process was smooth and quick! They worked with me to get the best possible interest rate. And the car, WONDERFUL! Well kept and clean. These are very good used vehicles. I will defenitly refer Dean Motor Cars to my friends and family for their next vehicles! P.S. We ended up purchasing a clean Volvo XC90! My wife and kids really enjoy it!

Good hospitality but I was sold a truck that shouldnt have been sold. After I purchased the truck I came out of pocket 4 grand to fix repairs. The diesel shop here in San Diego where I took the truck told me this truck engine codes had been erased an shouldnt have been on the sales lot. I had bad fuel rail sensors an a very bad exhaust leak that knocked out my ac. When I brought the issue back to Dean an Mr.Hassan nothing was done to try to help the situation. None the less a great lesson learned. I would never refer this shop

Dean and Hasan were an absolute pleasure to deal with. First time I meet people in the car business with as much integerty as these guys. From the moment I walked in to test drive a Truck that was advertised online, to the moment I drove off the lot in my new truck, I was treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism. Very Honest Dealer. I had went to another Dealer in the area, after looking at 6 yes 6 trucks all were a piece of $hit. Called Dean Motors They told me the truck I was buying did have an issue. They were Very Honest about it not trying to hide anything. I am a Certified Mechanic and found what the told me was true. They offered to have the truck fixed, But I decided to buy it without having it fixed. I would recommend this dealer to anybody. THANK YOU AGAIN GUYS.

No pressure sale found thr truck online when I test drove the truck I told Dean I would be gone about an hour for a good test drive ,I was actually gone an hour and a half when N I came back Dean treated me very nicely when I asked about trading my truck he said sure let me look at it he made me a fair offer and I bought the truck it was a nice transaction if I know someone looking I will be sure to recommend Deans motor cars .Thanks Dean for a great vehicle

Found a truck online and decided to go by to look at it. Smelled a little "odd" in the backseat but I figured it happens. Open up the console and got slammed with the smell of weed. Sketchy looking dealership from the street, but this was the icing on the cake. Ill never be back. Plus from the looks of it, the guy buys junk trucks and then fixes them up so who knows what it looked like before you seen it.

Went to check out trucks that I thought were a decent price however when I got there I realized they werent up to standard or up to the good condition I was told they were. Ones motor was just about shot and the other was a very over priced base model with damages and the owner was very rude to my husband and refused to work with us at all on the prices. Will gladly be taking my business elsewhere

Bought a Lexus truck from Dean and Hassan here. Very straight forward, No pressure. treated us like people they knew, more than a sale. let us go look around with no pressure or hassle, then when we came back ready to buy they made us a better deal and closed it within 30 minutes. Overall very happy this place...easiest car buying experience Ive ever had

Dean gave me more for my trade in than the last guy and charged me less for my new truck than the next guy. Hasan was also very knowledgeable. Like Wikipedia, but especially for diesels. I drove my truck onto the lot, and drove the new one off and across the country. Not a single hiccup. I havent back since, but I will be back when Im done with this one

Bought a 2008 Lexus RX400h about a year ago, great one owner car, no accidents, absolutely stunning example of this model. Have had zero problems, Dean and Ali are incredibly helpful and patient, you will have a wonderful buying experience here, dont expect a pushy sales person, shop at your leisure! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
