WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!! I hate that I even have to give them one star..and only did because there is not choice to give nothing. I can not express enough to you how horrible these people are. Steve will smile at your face and sell you a death trap. I almost was hit and ran over a couple times after this horrible car stalled on me. This car was nothing but trouble I lemon. It was always in the shop. I hardly even drove this car. I have had many cars in my life..even cheap cars ive bought off the side of the road and never in my life had such a horrible car. I bought his car with my son and my mechanic told me this car had history of transmission codes from before I bought it and they had to have known. Sorry A@@ person to sit and smile at a single mom with her son and put her in a deathtrap..hope he can sleep good at night..hope he loves the fact he takes peoples hard earned money out of their pockets and then savings to try and fix the junk he sells. What a nightmare!!! SAve yourself the same..stay away from this place!!!! Stay away from smiling Steve the money hungry devil!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, they only want money. We figured this out real quick. We had been on the property for fifteen minutes before any one said hello so while waiting we looked around. There were a few Toyota Highlanders that I saw that were locked up. So when the man came around I asked to see the Toyota that I was standing at, and he said, "That is a 4Runner." I think I know my cars, buddy....So my husband came back around from where he was and the man was happily answering his pricing questions so I thought it would be a good time to ask him about mine. "Could I please see the gold Highlanders over there?" I pointed to the side lot. He said, "Why dont you look at these over here, they are all the same." Im sorry??? I know my cars and all four of them had different visible options. I said that the products were all different. He retorted, "You said you wont have the money for two months anyway." I said, "February is not in two months." So we left, he obviously doesnt want business, just money.....Not from us.....

I went looking for a truck and i had stopped by here and i told Steve what I was looking for. He then proceeded to try to talk me out of what i wanted. I came in looking to buy a truck of some sort, but he was very sexiest towards women and trucks trying to make me by something smaller like a Honda. If I wanted to stay in a small car i would keep mine. So ladies if you are wanting to buy a truck better have a man doing the talking.I was in tears from the frustration after i had left. I will not be doing any business with them ever after that experience.

The most pleasant experience in buying a car ever. I saw what I wanted and got it. I was in and out. I have not had a single issue. I will definitely be back! Wouldnt buy a car any other place. Why would I when the customer services is amazing.To note: Steve Monroe is really good at finding what you need and can afford. So happy with my car.

I purchased a car from them and we had excellent service and they gave me a good price...my husband and I were in need of a getting a quick car to replace his work car. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. We were in and out in three hours with a "new car", well new to me anyway.

I love his service.....I have brought my 2003 chevy tahoe here which now it is totaled out but will be buying my third car pretty soon from here. I had my tahoe for 3 years it run great. Never had any problems. I had took care of my baby she took care of me.

I was forced to use a buy here pay place after idenity theft. I choose this dealership after being re assured my payments would be reported to the credit beaureaus, not the case. Staff was super friendly, and most helpful just not completely honest.

if they repo your car there is no getting it back unless you pay off full balance they make it impossible to get back so they can re sale for same price and all you have invested is gone and they just get rich on people having hard times

4 years ago I purchased a Ford Focus here and now I am back. This time I bought a 2005 Honda Accord and I am sure I will be back again in the future. Their prices are more than fair. I highly recommend them.

Most of the cars at Woodlake Motors that Ive found have previous problems that were not reported to Carfax. If you can verify the car youre buying is ok, then by all means purchase it. If not, buyer beware!

This place is a joke!! Took my son to buy a truck and the salesman Steve did not want to sale the truck. He was very rude and kept telling us he didnt need the truck. I do not recommend this place at all.
