UPDATE: HOUSTON USED AUTO SALE PLEASE BE HONEST WHEN RESPONDING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS REVIEWS. We did not walk out because the price of the car was high, we walked out because we felt the customer service was very bad, very unfriendly, very unprofessional. You said we offered to get the same price for the Camry 2014 30k miles and the Camry 2014 68k miles and that was out of Imrans power. Sorry but please only state the truth! We never got to that point. We did not even have a chance to ask for a discount or an offer. NOT AT ALL. Imran the guy just told us the price was $13,995 and that was it! Then he just left us without even politely say if he could leave for a minute. Every question we asked, he only responded "read the CarFax, its on there". What??? He didnt introduce anything about the car, and every question we asked he said read the Carfax. We were very disappointed, VERY! I would never come back, seriously!!!! OLD REVIEW: Would rate 0 if there is an option. Very bad and rude customer service. We made an appointment 2 days in advance to check a car we were very interested, car sold right after that and no one informed us. But it was okay, we understand. Got to the place, was shown another car, we were very interested in that car as well. However, the guy name Imron, who was showing us the car, he had a very bad and unprofessional attitude, did not even introduce the car properly, answered our questions summarily, and mockingly. We were very disappointed. We drove an hour there not to get a customer service like that. I dont care how good the cars you have, at least treat your customers right. Or else just close the business.

The sales manager and staff was very friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. Edit: The reason reviews are high is because they ask you to give them a review immediately after the deal is complete, which obviously is going to skew the results. This should have been a red flag. I was sold an absolute lemon. After $3000 in repairs the problem still persists. It is with certainty that the problem already existed. There is no way a problem this bad occurred after only driving for 2 days. As mentioned, very friendly staff. I even recommended to a couple of my friends to go there, and one was going to go there to buy a car till I stopped him. I cannot recommend this place in good conscience now. Update: Car still in the shop..has been for over a month. Avoid this dealership like the plague. If I could take away the last star, I would. Last update: Car finally fixed after over a month and $3800 in repairs. The problem was this vehicle was damaged because it was driven through flood water and cause many electrical problems. The Cadillac dealership says there is no way this should have been missed. I will have to take some fault because I should not have trusted a used car salesmen. I should have taken the car to a mechanic and gotten it checked. Oh well...lessoned learned.

Straight-forward, no pressure experience. Its worth a visit. I shopped for a used minivan and considered a vehicle in Imrans inventory as well as a few other major dealers (Gullo, AutoNation, Fred Haas). I walked away from Imran on my first visit here because Imran wouldnt budge on price., but I ultimately returned after having negative experiences at other dealerships offering marginally "better deals". This place lacks the curb appeal of the major dealers, but Imrans professionalism and no non-sense approach has made me a return customer. It was nice to work one-on-one with the decision-maker from the outset, as opposed to the smoke and mirrors of other dealerships. Also, Imrans vehicles were the best cleaned of any that I looked at - a big selling point when buying used. I took one star off because I was not allowed to take the vehicle to a mechanic for an inspection, but instead had to bring my own mechanic with me. The inspection turned out great and I purchased the vehicle. Heads up: I was offered a gift card to write a review of my experience here, which I think is fine. I do the same with my customers in my line of work.

They marked the car up $1,500 after we agreed on a price. They claimed Wells Fargo was charging them a bank fee. I was in the car business for 13 yrs and never seen wells Fargo fees that high.... So i called over to wells Fargo dealer services and they stated it was not a deal submitted on me. I offered to put up to $6k down to get the "bank fee" waived and still no luck. As a last resort i came in with a very strong co signer and cash down and they tell me the deal was declined all together. I was working with them for over 2 weeks and never received a follow up call or nothing. I always had to call them. Long story short they lied and are over charging for the vehicles there. You will be better off going to a major dealership where the finance manager actually knows what he is doing. This place gets two thumbs down.

Just left this dealership and the salesman, Iman..He barely spoke to me when I came on the lot.. I asked about test driving the car and he told me to fill out an application which I already did online..I showed him the email and told him I got the pre approval.. I had to literally ask him if he would go inside and have a look, which he clearly didnt want to do.. He pecks at his computer for 10 seconds and tells me theres nothing there..That my approval had to be more than 30 days old, I recieved the approval on April 28,2017! He said the car in question didnt have any warranty either..He basically didnt want to sell me a car and thats fine because we are headed elsewhere..Loud blaring music could barely understand anything he said! Go to a reputable dealership!

It took 6 months to find a Dealership that had the kind of Pick up truck I didnt mind making payments on. Their vehicles are all great and Priced right. I drove 47 miles one way and paid over $7 in tolls just to do business with Imran and Allan. They worked with in my criteria to get me the best financing on my Truck. Love My 2009 Silverado its beautiful and Im Proud. I will refer my friends, family and neighbors. I am a customer for life. Its worth the drive from anywhere in the Area. Everything was honest and above board no smoke and mirrors. No high pressure at all just Great Vehicles priced right and nice people treating everyone like family.

He has worked for so many dealerships and because of his hard work and dedication that dealership becomes Golden!! He gives the best rates and when he can approve me with such a bad credit he can approve anyone!! Ive recommended him to so many people they have nothing but good things to say about him because of his exceptional customer services.
