Just purchased a vehicle from Texas Direct at the Stafford location, The car was mis-represented as having cosmetic wear but turned out to have had body repair that was deliberately kept from me during the purchase process. I found out about it by washing the car after I got it home. I noticed the bumper did not shine the same as the rest of the car. They are denying knowledge of this matter. Their people that drive the car prior to trade in would have noticed the repaid at the time of trade. Had this item been disclosed, I would not have purchased the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I sold one of my cars to TDA in the Woodlands a few weeks back. SUPER easy experience and SUPER friendly service! Theresa and Richard at the office were awesome to deal with...quick, courteous, informative and more. The majority of the time, selling a car can be a huge pain. I will go to Theresa and Richard at TDA in the Woodlands FIRST every time moving forward. A "two thumbs up" recommendation. You could tell their prices were consistently fair as everyone else there to sell a vehicle seemed extremely pleased. When you go, you wont leave disappointed.

I shopped three other competitors Munday, Buchalew, Mac Haik Chevrolet all three were 20% lower in there offering to buy my car. Even with the tax savings the dealerships threaten you with....do the math and do not waste time go to TDA. TDA was very professional quick and they do not jack around! These people are pros! They make the others look like amateur day.

I have bought from and sold to Texas Direct Auto. They keep one of the keys and all of the floor mats. It took me 2 days to purchase a vehicle and they sold me a "bumper to bumper" warranty for $4,000 I get home and read the warranty and it doesnt cover anything! I will not be back ever again!

So far not such a great experience. Having to wait 45 minutes in the lobby and the service representatives are claiming they cannot change the channel on any of the three TVs in the lobby to put the Open Championship on TV. The customer service has not been very good so far...

Would certainly recommend. I was in and out in less than one hour with a check for my Honda Accord. The price was $1000 over what I was offered in trade in value, and they didnt play the types of frustrating games that used car dealers are famous for. A good experience.

Vehicle was not ready when I showed up after I gave them a five business day notice. The vehicle has now been dropped by 4k since I first saw the list price. Horrible experience with the sales guy. However, the financing department was easy to work with.
