IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! This dealership will start out with a professional demeanor and then when you start question things, they become defensive as if you are attacking them individually. They will give you a great price for the vehicle and then once you get to finance, they pull fast ones. I needed a co-signer on my tuck since my "credit history wasnt long enough". We worked out that I would sign that evening and the next day they would drive the papers to my co-signer. This was fine until the point we came to the location of the loan. We talked about only two places and I signed for only one of them. The next morning when they finally decided to run the loan it didnt go through with that credit union. When they took the papers to my co-signer they had papers for some random credit union they chose and didnt even explain. The only way we realized what they had done is when we received papers from the original credit union saying we werent approved and that we were approved at the random one. The finance guy also never explained anything that I was signing. The first thing he said when I walked in to the room was "I need to hurry this up, I have an appointment". Last I checked, me being there in the finance office is what keeps him there. When we called to question it, they stated "they have no reason to tell us and that they can apply us for any company that they wish without notification". We spoke to the finance manager Dave who was relatively helpful. We also spoke to Dave Mercer the location manager who lacked the professionalism to deal with the situation. He proceeded to talk over us and wouldnt allow us to fully ask a question before he would cut us off. At one point he told us that he was 10 seconds from hanging up the phone. He actually hung up on us later in the conversation!! We called back and asked to talk to the owner of the business. He stated he "didnt know when the owner would be in" and when we asked if he could leave a note for the owner to call us, he was highly evasive. Frank Roman and Curt Lopez are the nicest guys at this dealership and definitely know how to get customers to buy vehicles. They did not pressure me once!

brought my rig in for a leaking 3rd brake light, i was told no appointment was necessary and to come down. when i arrived i was told i needed an appointment and that they were very busy. after i spoke with a service manager they decided to step it up and take my rig in. they informed me the leak was due to a faulty seal and was a common problem amongst ram trucks. my warranty had expired by 1000 miles so they did me a "favor "and covered the gasket and install. i waited near 4 hours of them shuffling the blame, may not of been a big deal but i was recovering from surgery and had high levels of pain. the light literally is held in with 2 screws and takes literally a minute to do. totally let down. also made the mistake of buying parts from there parts counter. after i got home and spent 150 i realized amazon offered the same mopar parts from a different ram dealership for 60 bucks with free shipping. what a mark up.

Service dept gets an F. My trucks AC problem needed the dealer. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was greeted nicely and thats it for good. I told them all that was wrong and was assured that work would be completed that day after they diagnosed it for one hour labor what?! They told me that they would call me in one hour. No call. Thru the day I called 8X. Left on hold, sent to answering machine, no one could tell me anything! At 4:15! I missed their call but call right back. No luck. I go get my truck. Nothing was done. A wasted day. I could take an apology but just got excuses, denials even showing them my call history.. They giggled and insulted me when I got upset. They were unprofessional with no regard for me or my time. There are many good shops in Woodland there are way better choices than Hobbit

just baught a car from Hobblit in woodland and it was a great exsperince. Juan helped me find the perfect car for my crazy busy lifestyle. He even took the time to work around my busy Schedual. this is the second car i have baught from here and couldnt see myself going anywhere else. Ive been to other dealerships and it always seems like the sales guys are just trying to get you into a car so they make the money. Not here at hobblit. they are really great about getting you wht you need and treat you like family. And im always supprized when the give me a curtisy call jus to make sure everything is running great. I got a GREAT deal and a great value for my trade in. IF YOU NEED A NEW CAR AND DONT WANT THE PUSHY SALES GUYS THEN COME TO HOBBLIT IN WOODLAND. THEIR THE BEST!!!

The feeling I got was that they dont need your business unless youre paying cash. They supposedly sell 400 trucks a month. Essentially, they dont want your trade in because they discount their vehicles so low that your trade is useless to them. A new Dodge truck can be less than a used truck. Dont get me wrong, their prices are hard to beat most of the time, although Elk Grove Dodge can beat them as well as Sacramento Dodge depending on the time of month. They advise you to sell your car/truck at Car Max so they dont have to deal with it. They low balled my truck by about $2000.00 then basically told me to leave when I respectfully challenged their offer. Its an interesting way to do business. It reminded me of the soup Nazi from Seinfeld: "No Dodge for you."

We went in to look at trucks, with the intention of purchasing a vehicle that can town a trailer and hold the family. The truck we test drove and fell in love with had the towing package we were looking for. After applying we were switched to another truck that was supposedly the same, just the 2013 version. Not paying as much attention as we should have we didnt realize, it did not have the towing package or anything we wanted. We did mention to the sales guy after we left, he told us he would throw in a hitch, but he denied it once we brought it up to him. We were very un-pleased with the overall professionalism and honesty of this dealership, specially after we experienced such great service at our next vehicle purchase a few months later.

My experience with the staff at Hoblit Dodge was nothing short of extraordinary. They have a no-pressure, family-like atmosphere and I felt very at home and welcomed soon as I set foot inside!! Danny Gigena is by far the best sales representative Ive ever encountered in buying a car. He was very attentive and helpful and made my experience very pleasant. My mother who absolutely hates the car buying process was very very pleased with Dannys disposition and thoroughness. I would recommend Hoblit Dodge to any one of my friends and/or family members for their new or used car buying needs. Great job to Danny and everyone who helped make this experience seemless!! Thank you so much for welcoming me to the Hoblit family!!
