I was looking for an orange Honda Element and Avery Auto Sales was the only dealership that had one available and in great condition in my immediate area. The car was in the shop when I looked at it, but luckily I knew I really liked driving the Element from a previous test drive at another dealership. It was in such great condition for a 2004 model that I made an offer on it to Dustin, he was very efficient and the sale went smoothly. A couple weeks later I went to pick up the car and it was almost like a new car; so clean and with a new transmission at no extra cost. I would do business with Dustin and Avery Auto Sales again without any worries.

Got a truck from them, they said theyd call back with my plates never did and now Im having to hunt them down to get my plates and theres stuff wrong with my truck, their initial customer service is good but after that its not very good and now I have to bring the truck to them to get it looked at. At least theyll look at it, but as for working, Im doing the majority of the work in this sale. Not very pleased.

We purchased a Mitsubishi with higher miles, and no warranty for my 18yr old son. The car started making a "whining" sound when started, and sometimes when driving. We called them, and they said to bring it right in. They had it fixed by the next day at no charge. They are friendly, and truly stand behind their used cars! I will recommend them to any and everyone.
