I had great experience working with Daryl and we are happy to have purchased our vehicle from South Valley Auto. He is very honest and straight forward that is a very big plus for me. They also have a great pool of vehicles to chose from. There was even a minor excess from our car registration processing fees and we received a check for the difference without asking for it. It is also rare these days to get a follow-up e-mail asking about your experience with the car you purchased, which I think is exemplary in customer service. I have had my car for over a month and took it on several trips towing a trailer and did run into any major issues, in fact we we love it very much. I do expect in its condition (100K miles) that it would require certain routine maintenance in the coming future which I consider to be normal for a car in its age/mileage and is/was expected going in. There are certain limited warranties/guarantees that come with the purchase which I felt was a great bonus to have an extra measure of confidence buying a used car and SVA was very clear and upfront about their scope. I highly recommend South Valley Auto and I look forward to our next transaction.

My wife and I came looking for a commuter car that I could use for work. I honestly felt belittled, profiled, and judged by Daryl. Maybe it was the older CRV we drove in? Or my wife carrying our baby in a Moby wrap looking all native-like? Yes Daryl, its called a Moby. Google it, its a thing. I gave him our budget and were actually okay with going over if the car was right, but he kept saying the ones we liked might be out of our price range like were poor or something. I just got that vibe from him the entire time. I told him I did some research on specific Hondas that I was looking for, and he said theyre all the same. Great sales pitch. He also said hed be available most of the time, except while we were there because he had to go somewhere. Id say forget asking him to pull out a car from his tiny garage to test-drive since itd be such a pain in the a$$; youd probably have to commit to buying it. For the record Daryl, we would have bought our 4th family Honda from you because theres a certain NSX-T Im trying to keep miles off of. You dont have one of those for sale in there, do you?

My husband and I just bought a used Honda from South Valley Auto Wholesale and we had a great experience. Daryl was very accommodating and very pleasant to work with. The cars were fairly priced, and Daryl told us up front that the price listed is the final price, no negotiation. Personally, I like that aspect a lot. During my mechanics inspection of the car it was noted that the power steering fuel pump would need to be replaced. Daryl honored the 30 day warranty (The mechanic was also good to work with) and the pump was replaced with no issue. We will definitely come back here if we are in need of another car. Pro: No negotiating, fairly priced, great communication Con: Hours are limited, got a little bit of a salesman vibe at first, no Carfax report provided (DMV required report given at time of sale)

RUN, dont walk away from this "dealership". Hell offer you a useless 30-day warranty, guaranteeing that the engine doesnt break. What he wont cover is missing parts, defective operation of some parts, and he will not discount the car for any vehicular deficiencies. And if you discover something wrong after the sale........youre screwed, no matter how insignificant it is. Basically, its buyer beware, take it or leave it, f*%# you.

went to see autos he had just sold the SUV we wanted so we asked him if he could get another one . 1 week later calls us that he got the car my wife wanted we drove the car started the paperwork were approved by the bank the transaction was flawless Totally no tricks gimmicks unlike the used car Dealers Wow !!! Daryl is an awesome Guy !!! I am going for my second car next month .

Bought a used car with sensor issues... Beware they dont repair car problems.,and salesman Darryl didnt pay the sales transfer fees for the registration.. I guess there not as honest as they perceive to be.
