Made an appointment and showed up bright n early. After several people cut in front of me they finally got to me. I asked them whether theres another recall on my cars ECU they tried to make me pay $60 to scan the code that I already scanned myself. It took me 30 seconds to do. My car has the notorious p0741 code caused by a flawed ECM manufacturing process. A lot of people got the recall letter but I didnt. Some dealer end up charging customers for a new transmission, pretending they arent aware of this issue. Id venture to guess after I pay the $60, thats what theyd suggest. No thanks, I know a few things about cars and dealers. Finally I was told the part wasnt there so I need to wait for them to call for a new appointment. Dont think Id ever go back there after Im done with the passenger airbag recall. I know one star is harsh, but they dont seem to have anything to offer and as a customer I felt like a part on a GMC assembly line. If they give me a reason to revise the rating next time, I will. So far they well deserve the Stealer reputation.

I called in today to set up a 90K service appt on my car for next week and verified that they offer free shuttle for drop off and pick up within 15 miles radius. However the service reception was rude and horrible she said they offer the shuttle service but cannot guarantee I will get a ride to pick up my car since the shuttle dept is close at 3:30pm and the driver might be out. I then ask to schedule a pick up time before 3pm so I can wait at the dealership in case my car was not done before 3:30pm. She said she cannot do it since they have a lot of customer and I am not the only one, and I should ask my friend of neighbor to give a ride. Instead of trying to help set up the ride, she gave me all kind of excuses saying my car might need to stay over the weekend since they are close on Sat and there might be parts not available, what if heater broke, tire broke and water tank leaked, all kind of non sense excuses and nothing related to setting up a pick up appt...i will just go to SEARS for service from now on!

I had my car serviced today at Moore. My Service rep was friendly and attentive. We did have a problem with an understanding of how long the service job would take. My understanding was a few hours but the car actually needed to be there for the day. I called an hour prior to needing to pick up kids from school, and informed them of my problem and the miscommunication. I must say, I was a little ticked as my car was still in service. Im writing this review because of how Moore handled the problem. The service rep was very apologetic for the miscommunication and he assisted me with transportation. I feel they handled the situation appropriately and let me know customer satisfaction is important to them. Problems happen, but its how a business deals with it that makes the difference.

Im totally disappointed with the service department at Moore. I practically had to wait by the phone for them to return my calls, for hours on end. I ended up having to call them multiple times, leaving voicemails. It took one full day to just get an estimate from them after I had called the day before to let them know I was taking my car in. On Monday, I called at 8:25 and left a voicemail for the service tech. Did not hear back for two hours. Called back, finally got him, he tells me I owe him $108 dollars, then I get transferred to the cashier and suddenly I owe $125 dollars for an inspection when I told them exactly what was wrong with my car. With their prices as high as they are, you would expect *excellent* and attentive service -- not what you get at Moore.

Very personal and attentive to all my car needs. They actually listened to what my issues were and didnt give me the "standard" answers. Service Director personally test drove my car several times, since he knew history; test drove new cars to reproduce the issues that concerned me; called me several times during the day for status updates; suggested creating a log to record issues. I gave them an online publication that talked about the resolution of same issues with my car and service used suggestions. I think the problem is resolved! The service and efforts by Moore Buick, make one want to go back. Thanks, to Bon G.

I received a notice for the brake pedal sticking. I called to make an appointment and was told the service would take 5 hours to complete. I asked for a rental only to find out that I would have to pay for it. GMC doesnt pay for loaner vehicles on recalls unless the car has to stay overnight. This recall has been an inconvenience, is going to cost me money and is taking precious time out of my day. GMC needs to learn to take care of their customers a little better. Honda seems like a great option.

Knowing buying a car from a dealership can be a rather harrowing experience, I wanted to share my very POSITIVE experience I had buying my used car at Moore Buick GMC. My salesperson Gary K found me the perfect car, and was wonderful. Very professional from beginning to end, he kept the transaction light and fun (he even took my picture with my "new" car!). I really felt he listened to me and took my needs into consideration.

Cant complain about this place. I had to bring my car in for a recall fix, and they were very courteous and prompt. I also took advantage to fix another problem in the car and the price was far less than I expected, since theyre a car dealership.

As usual the overall experience at Moore Buick is consistently excellent. There are two GMC dealerships closer to my home, but I go to Moore Buick because of there service department. I recommend Moore Buick GMC to my friends & family.
