I was very pleased with my experience at Kowloon. I originally went there to look at some used Priuss advertised on Craigslist. My wife and I test drove a 2006 Prius and a couple of days later decided to purchase it. Quang from Kowloon said hed hold onto it, however, I later found out that my financing wouldnt cover me for the vehicle due to the number of miles on it. I explained this to Quang on the phone and he was very understanding about it. He let me know that two other Priuss had come in and one was in my price range. My wife and I ended up going back to Kowloon to test drive a 2007 Prius with only 34K miles. We both liked the vehicle a lot but it was a bit out of our price range. However, the sales people at Kowloon were willing to negotiate. They dropped the price down to something we felt we could afford and we drove home in the vehicle that night. Quang couldnt be there when we first arrived the second time due to a family emergency, but he called us to let us know. He also showed up at the end to close the deal and take us through the paper work. The car has been fantastic so far. Quang even called us a few days later to ask if everything was ok. I was originally hesitant to deal with them because I had read some bad reviews, but I am very glad I went to check the place out for myself. Everyone was very patient with answering my questions and explaining how the everything would work if I purchased the vehicle. They also provided me with the Carfax information for all the cars I looked at. There was one car we were originally interested in and they told us immediately that it had a lemon title. I would definitely go there again.

Trung seems like a nice person, but their business practice seems very very fish. Theyve lied to me (at least once). Came here after seeing an ad on Craiglist. I didnt call to check to see if its available. My fault the first time. Trung was very nice and told me they had the car in the shop doing some minor cosmetic work, or was is brake work... I forgot. He told me to come back the next day, and that they close at 7, so after work for me should be fine. Came back the next day, no one was around, and the shop was closed. The time was way before 6PM. I looked around the lot from the side walks, I couldnt spot the car that I wanted to check out. Two days later, on my third visit. I got smart, and I called before visiting. A lady picked up, and told me the exact car is on the lot and ready for test drive. I said, "great, I will be there in a couple minutes." I went to their shop, Trung wasnt around, just the lady that answered the phone, and maybe 1-2 mechanics (I assume one of them were mechanics, and another old looking man). I asked for the car, she fumbled around, and told me that the car isnt in the shop, and its somewhere far away in, and she indicated that I might be interested in other car within their lot (many Japanese cars at their lots). Come on, stop lieing to me. Do you think all your customers are idiots, and accepts your lies? I havent revisited, but are tempted to give them one more chance to be honest. But then again...

I first knew about Kowloon when I was searching for a Honda Civic on Craigslist, and their ad appeared. What I really loved about their ad is that it lists all of the same type of vehicles in one page, so that you can choose and compare the options and pricing that would match your needs. Very professional, organized and simple way to surf through their inventory on Craigslist: SFBayArea. I contacted Trung and he was able to assist me in providing information on each vehicle, and allowed me to test-drive a few to see which one fits my needs. It was funny because after test driving a few Civics, I found out that a Civic was not for me, and decided that a Camry suited me better. He also provided a vehicle history report to ensure me that the car was indeed "not-salvaged". Thanks for your time and patience Trung!

I was searching for a car on craigslist and they popped up. Did my research and read the reviews, which said they were bad people, but the deal on the car was really good so I had to check it out for myself. Trung really helped to answer all of my questions. Although, the trade-in price they gave for my 2004 Accord was undervalued, but was actually just around the same price (give or take a hundred bucks) that I was given at other used car dealerships (I guess thats the way used-car dealerships operate). I was allowed to take the vehicle to an outside mechanic to inspect the vehicle, and fortunately the deal was as good as it sounds, everything was in working order. Trung did a free smog and gave me a whole tank of gas! I am glad I went to check it out for myself...

Watch out for this place. very bad experience. things they do are extremely shady. when i looked at the car the first time, there was carpet in there, cargo net and the vehicle came with great yokohoma factory tires (TSX). i went through the purchase process and we agreed on the price. he asked me to come pick up the car the next day and finish the paperwork. i came in the next day, they had switched out the tires to general tires, and took the carpets and said there was no cargo net! i was moving to college the next day so i took it anyways, like a knuckle head i am. but seriously, very shard stuff going on in there. they dont care about customer satisfaction.

As the title suggests, I am very happy with the 350z I bought from here not too long ago! I had been searching around for a while for at an affordable price and finally found this car at their lot. Compared the price of other dealerships and they had the best deal. I was allowed to take the car to a mechanic and everything was all good! Before I purchased the car, even with the already amazing price, I was still able to lower the price! Amazing car with a steal of a deal ! ! ! ; )

I went to look a lexus is350 almost a year ago and i saw it was still there so, i stopped and asked if i could test drive it. they had to jump ut because the battery was dead. I asked him if he was willing to negotiate a cash purchase and he was only willing to take off a $200.- on a car thats been sitting collecting spider webs.

This place has a lot of cars to choose from, more than your average used-car dealership. Mostly Japanese cars, not many Domestics cars, but Im not into Dodges or Fords anyways. Trung seemed like a really nice guy. Purchased my 2nd car here at a really great price, best Ive seen on craigslist. Recommended!!

Dont bother even looking at anything less than $10k here. Craigslist pictures are kinda like Myspace fatty girl pictures...they look alright in the picture but when you see it in person its a big let down. Nice folks, but the cheap sales look like they were bought from an impound auction.
