Very Poor check out time . spend more time in line than shopping. then they ask for a phone number. Have they never heard of the Right to Private Information Act.?? you do not EVER give out your phone number or address to any store or anyone you do not know or trust !. This information is used against you and is sold to other stores and agencys. Ive been in this type of Business and know how it works . Always try to pay with cash when possible. avoid using your credit card in any place that asks for further information about you other than a drivers license .

It is all about customer service. Not only did I get bad customer service, but when I called in to complain about the customer service I was marginalized by person that answered the phone. I buy a lot of tools, but they wont be from Harbor Freight.
