I would give zero stars if I could. I have been bringing my lawn mowers here for YEARS to get tuned up. They did a fine job at tuning up the lawn mower. This year, when my husband brought in our mower for a tune up (MARCH 19, 2016), they refused to tune up our mower because they said they no longer repair mowers that they do not sell. The sales person even told my husband that they started this policy last year. That is a blatant LIE because we had our mower tuned up by them last year. I even called them in January, and asked them when I could bring my mower in for a tune up. The sales person told me NOTHING of their "NEW" policy, and she said I could bring it in mid-March. SO, after loading a heavy lawn mower into the car, we now have to unload it WITHOUT it being tuned up. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR INTEGRITY AND SALES STAFF. I also need to start a new search for a mower repair company.

Ive been a customer of Kingslands for more than 15 years. I keep coming back, because of their fantastic customer service! The location in Cascade is convenient. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. If you are looking to rent a piece of equipment, tool or something for a party, you will find it at Kingslands. Need a new lawnmower, snowblower or other power tool or just need yours tuned; Kingslands is the place. Of course they have everything else you would expect at a top-of-the-line hardware store and are more than willing to order unique or hard to find items. Their prices are competitive and when you add their customer service, the value is tremendous! I am pleased to recommend Kingslands True Value Hardware to anyone who is looking for the best products and customer service available anywhere!

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Stood at the counter while Angie complained to a coworker about having to be at work. Once finally done complaining, scanned my stuff grumbled a total to me and shoved a receipt at me. As I was leaving the gentleman behind me asked to buy a grill and she moaned like it was a huge inconvenience. As a business owner I would be horrified if someone working for me treated customers this way. At best she should be sweeping floors and taking out the garbage.

Excellent customer service! I wanted to stain my deck myself for the very first time. Their staff walked me through how to prep the deck, using an industrial sander, and how to properly stain the deck. Their advice was spot on! My deck looks amazing! They were patient, knowledgable, and very professional. Dont ever take your chains here to get them sharpened if you expect them to be cleaned up and returned in better condition then what they were! Also dont expect to have a decent conversation with them about it. I had 3 employees tell me that they do clean them and called in to be told they dont. The hardware in Ada and Lowell will clean and oil you chains up for the same price and a lot more pleasant when you do have questions!!

Staff is polite and knowledgeable and able to point you in the right direction on what to purchase for your project. Prices can be a little higher than Home Depot or Amazon but the location is convenient and their service is solid. Rentals are also a painless process and they showed me how to use the equipment before sending me on my way.

Customer service is key. Kingsland Ace Hardware sets itself apart from Lowes and Home Depot etc. by offering personal and expert customer service. They won me away from the big box stores. I visited KIngsland Hardware on Sunday afternoon and had a terrible experience with what must have been a disgruntled, older woman who obviously hated her job. She was so short and rude with me. Why ownership would put someone like that on a cash register in the face of the customer is beyond me.

Service greatly depends on the department you go to and who is staffing it. I went in to the service counter to get some glass cut and was ignored for 20 minutes while the retiree manning the counter put away screens and chit chatted in the back room.

Dont rent equipment from them! They will try to nickle and dime you for everything! They tryed to charge my boyfriend for the trailer tire being broken when another worker entered the room and said the tire has been broken for months. Poor Service!
