Ive been going to the Panama City Ace Hardware for about a year now and I highly recommend them. Im no contractor, but I live out in the country a bit and do projects around the house and yard. Im just learning about some things and Im no expert, but I find this ACE location to be the best hardware store Ive visited. Their prices may be a slight bit higher than Lowes or Home Depot on some things, but the service is well worth it! Ive been there several times and an associate has always come up to me within the first few minutes and asked if they could help me. Ive almost never experienced that kind of service at those other stores. The associates are always willing to assist and stick with you until you have what you need. Highly recommended!

I went here to get a spare truck key made. The little boy "helping" me did not answer my hello, etc or acknowledge my presence in a normal manner. After slamming the key racks back & forth, he decided to admit he had a customer (me) and if he talked, maybe I would leave him alone. "We dont have that Ford key" Thank you for your extra effort, there are other places that make keys.

If you need some advice on what you will need for whatever it is you are attempting the staff there has the knowledge and the inventory to help you get your task done. From the honey do lists to major renovations, as they say Ace is the place! It may be less at the bigger box stores but do you really want to deal with all that? Of course not. Go to Ace.

I was taken aback by the superb, genuine customer service. These folks treat you like life long neighbors and very helpful. Its out of my way to go there but they have Lowes and Home Depot hands down in service! I just enjoy going there.

I ONLY go to this Ace for my pool water testing. My pool water is always perfect. Chris is the man to see about anything pool related and much more! All staff are friendly, but I always ask for Chris.
