We love the Anderson store. We had always shoppers in Muncie until a friend told us to try Anderson. "They know their stuff and they are very nice". She was right on! We are now doing a kitchen make over and the staff in Anderson have top notch customer service! Thank you guys/gals... We are sold!

I love Menards!! You can always find someone to help you, even if its not the first person you ask. Dont get discouraged there are plenty of very helpful and friendly people who work there so try someone else. The store is clean and the lay out is constant with other Menards stores.

Quality of items becoming more an issue. Rebates, Im lucky to get 1 out of every 4 back in the mail. Poor customer service in appliances today. I had to call the store to get help while I was in there waiting on help. My favorite lady employee must of been off today.

Way better prices on most items than at Lowes. Just wish they werent so far south. When I only need one or two things I lose my savings in gas and end up at Lowes anyways.
