The pharmacy should probably hire more educated people. I went in and asked a pharmacy tech what I could give my husband for balanitis and said they had never heard of that so I had to explain to them that it was like cuts in the private area due to his sugar levels being out of control and they just smirked at each other and said "weve never heard of that happening due to diabetes." They made me feel stupid for a second until I called his doctor and confirmed it was possible to happen due to his sugar being out of control and his doctor recommended me something which I feel they should have been able to do at Walgreens or at least not make it seem like I didnt know what I was talking about when clearly they were the ones who didnt.

Very dissapointed in the customer service at this location, I love Walgreens but this location just lost a loyal customer. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
