I accidentally bought the wrong hair color, and upon my visit to exchange them (the exact same day) I was told that they do not do exchanges on hair color. It really pissed me off (wasted $20)! I have never heard of a beauty supply that does that. I usually go to Sye for all of my hair needs, and although the sales cashier was nice about it, I wont be back! That is just ridiculous!

I ended up here as it is the only beauty supply around that is open on sundays! Loved it. There were two managers on thift at the time. They were so friendly and attentive. And the prices were cheaper than the other stores i frequent on scott.
