I made a purchase on 12/12/16 of the Zury Wet-N-Wavy Ultra and the hair was horrid. I spent over $180 on plastic hair, there was nothing human about it at all. The hair tangled and matted up within the first week, I used it for micro braids. I have never had a bad hair purchase from an online store, I have used Sams Beauty and Glamourtress. I know that most of these brands advertising their product as human hair isnt 100% but I didnt not expect this hair to be a hot plastic mess either. The company then changed my review to the say I liked the hair...extremely unethical. I advised people to "walk away" from purchasing this hair now I am advising against doing business with this company. Terrible.

Service use to be great before the new owners, and the new customer service reps left. Cassandra is a trip, she wants you to put the wigs back on the mannequins after you tried the wigs on? Isnt that their job? Totally insane, I have limited my shopping experiences at Beauty Empire because of the turn around rate and the unprofessional customer service ladies. I will be purchasing online, so I feel comfortable. Pointer: Please switch old wigs from the mannequins, you cant save all the wigs.

This place has the worst customer service ever. Every time I go in here they are behind the counter eating. I buy hair from behind the counter, but beware, you have better luck getting help from the security guy. They rather look for theives than to help you. I asked one lady did she work here, she replied no, but when I asked security, he pointed to her. Was I furious. The employees rather help their theiving friends than you. SO BEWARE OF POOR SERVICE.

Huge selection and I Really like their point program. You get money back after so many points. But they do not value price integrity. Just because something is marked a certain price doesnt mean they will honor it even if its behind the counter.
