The black lady who sales the wigs..The one with the club foot lols Idk I just notice she has a limp anyway...she is a thief. She had two ladys come in that stated they where her relatives. While trying on the hair I put my purse down and they attempted to grab it and run. Fortunately I was able to retrieve my belongs from them before they drove off. She might say she wasnt involved but not once did she attempt to inform me they had my things. She was actually watching and laughing as they tried to run. Lesson learned. Ratchet grimmy excuse for women. Btw one wig had cob Webs and a few actually looked recycled.

For the life of me, I cant figure out why the employees here are so rude and unprofessional everytime I have visited. Also, another thing I attempted to get my hair ordered over the phone so I could just run in, pick it up and pay for it without having to deal with the store and its negative energy. I was told they dont tell you the price of the hair over the phone which isnt true it just depends on who answers the phone. Why would I drove all the over to your store and waste gas for you to tell me a price? They just make up prices...Anywho I wont be returning!!!

I saw the show, and I know its all about the ratings viewers. That girl from California was real nice. And the one from your salon did not know very much, but was offered a lot as far as a portifolio. I am sure that there was a LOT of film on the cutting room floor, too. I was glad to see someone from HOUSTON on that show. Rock on! Bella Jolla.....

My experience was horrible from the time i walked through that door til i left . Store owner and the two ghetto female employees are rude and lack the proper customer service skills. They will curse at in front of other customers and you can tell they just dont want to do they job. Never will i return Ever ! Shouldnt even be one star.
